Funnily enough I was coming to this thread to try my luck to get zack to share the Alice in wonderland control art.

Not to be flippant but I would imagine with the standard body and all the hair and clothing pieces made, you could probably make a good 70% of the marvel universe. Its just the printing that's the issue.

Im still sad about the missing two pack, probably way too late for this but how awesome would an exclusive boxset be with the Cheshire cat, white rabbit and using existing parts

and this would be a little more work but an alice head on a recoloured white queen body to sort of give us

of course short of that you could have them with monochrome time and one of the alices already released.

I'm not a completest or have any particular interest in these figures I was just talking in broad strokes about this sort of situation occurring with other things I love and general frustrations in the collector community  (if it be toys, crystal figurines or pop records) and thought it was worth pointing out.

These sort of promos are kind of shitty for the serious fan base that collect everything because they love the brand. You could argue that if a die hard fan couldn't get these sort of things they may turn around and not bother with the line all together, which would be a very sad outcome.

There isn't a character on that list that isn't on my wish list, reasonsy. But at a certain point "important" becomes too darn subjective a term. Shang, Mantis, and Crystal were all Avengers for about the same length of time, whether you consider them "important" or "essential" depends on whether you're a fan on that era. Avenger wise, my two favorite eras are the run between #150-#200 and then the 80's Stern era. So Mockingbird and Jocasta  are "important" Avengers for me. So really the only logical answer is to make a minimate for Every Single Member of the Avengers roster EVER, so there will be no conflicts over who does or doesn't deserve a slot.

This is probably just me but I think of Lionheart as the last "Avenger" then we got the whole disassembled, dark, secret, new, all new, new again, whatever the hell they are now where pretty much every top 100 hero has now joined the team making the avengers a meaningless concept for me.

This is a bit of an odd idea I cam up with, but I was looking in a junk shop a while back and noticed a bunch of cabinets that were used to display tea spoons and thought that if these were hung upside down they might be suitable for minimates.

I'm pretty pleased with the result (they could have been hung straighter lol) but the only one that sort of doesn't fit is 90's xavier in the chair.

From now on every wave needs one pair of fire underpants
