stupid question but what exactly is the type of foam your using, i'm having trouble finding stuff strong enough?

I Use Blue Foam I Have To Special Order It In From My Local Model Shop.

This One I Made To Work With Any Minimate And Can Fit About 2-3,

I Made This To Be A Stand Alone But I Think I Will Make A Few More And Extend It.

So Getting Ready for The Walking Dead I Made This.

This Took About 5Hours To Finish And As I Didnt have Any Walking Dead I Used Chris From Resi 6 And A Few Zombies.

So I Was At A Carboot Today And Found A Stall With A Box Full Of Minimates And At 10p Each I Bought The Whole Lot I Got 42 Mates In Total.

Among Them Was Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Killercroc Shazam And Other.

And After Thinking for Ages For The Life Of Me I Can't Think Of A Custom I Can Make Using Hawkman And Hawkgirl.

Any Ideas??
