I'd suggest you stay in the library. blacksun and karamazov said all the reasons better than I could have. As much as I myself would like to believe that people who follow their dreams against all odds are richly rewarded...in this world, more often than not, that isn't the case.

Minimates of MvC3 would be awesome, but it would be even more awesome if they confirmed Spider-Man to be in this game right...about...now.

Did I mention I need confirmation that Spider-Man is in this game? (My friend scared me by saying he'd most likely be DLC. Noooooooooooooooo.)

So I'm getting Modern Thor today because a friend sold him to me for SRP here (around 9 dollars) and he's kinda hard to find around these parts. I bought it with the intention of re-selling it at acquisition cost but in a set with another toy I can't seem to sell off. I'm afraid it might turn out to be so awesome that it would hook me into collecting 3.75" figures again. I can't even open the bugger, I'm afraid to. Plus justifying another line to the girlfriend is going to be a very hard thing to do. "3.75 inchers again? You already have your little guys (Minimates), and why do you have Thor? I thought you weren't going to jump into this Avengers/New Avengers stuff?" (Yep, girl knows her comics.)

Useless trivia: I used to collect 6", then shifted to 3.75", then sold everything except for my McFarlane/Campbell 6" Spidey and Showdown Spidey to finance the new hobby (at the time) - Minimates.

Oh right, I forgot about Viewtiful Joe. In that case, Spider-Man is nearly confirmed, too (both Joe and Spidey have already been seen as silhouettes on posters). Yay!

Oh look what you did, now I sorta want X-Force Deadpool for my wave 28 Deadpool to fight.

The price increase disturbs me, but I guess I'll still be looking forward to this wave. I NEED that Lizard/Spidey 2-pack. In a perfect world, a price increase would at least mean additional parts for all Minimates to provide for more display options (like extra hands and a slip-on mask for Lizard) or maybe even a build-a-Mate (not sure if that's a good idea, but it sounded good in my head before I typed it).

Super Skrull, Doom, Thor from Marvel and Chun-Li, Trish and Amaterasu from Capcom have also been confirmed (Silver Surfer was seen in a Japanese promo image, but still not confirmed). Still waiting for Spidey to be announced.

I'm so excited for this. Too bad I don't have a PS3 or a 360, but when I graduate in October and get work I'll start saving up for a console and this game.

Does anybody here play Diablo/Diablo II? Loved (and still love) that series.
