    I'll have to say Battlestar Galaticas Starbuck and Anders mates from the TrU sets. Just because I couldn't wait to complete the BSG collection of mates, then they were cancelled and then brought back by TrU. Not to mention the great quality of the mates that came with these 2 waves at TrU. All were great figures, IMO.

    Then followed closely would be Gambit--another figure I waited for a long time to be made, and I was not disappointed when he finally was! :thumbsup:

    Not trying to rag on DST, but I think it's pretty foolish to set aside two members of a three person group for a retail store that does not specialize in that sort of merchandise, especially when one member does get released as a seperate exclusive. If we got none of the Warriors Three, it would have been disappointing but understandable, not everyone gets made. But to get 1/3? That just sucks. They should have given this retail chain powered up Thor and an Asgardian, that would have been far less disappointing.

    I completely agree with this. Though I still hope to see those two through other means it is still frustrating we may have to wait for either the sequel or someone else to take on the movie versions, or comic based versions of those two.

    added some hair to Odin and Loki, Odins locks are not 100% movie accurate but as close as i had in my parts bin

    I'm looking to replicate this myself but I'm not sure who's hair was used for Odin. Can someone please point me in the right direction.

    Doesn't look like any minimate hair I've ever seen... Looks like Matt sculpted it himself. Aye Matt?

    looks like bsg's six's hair--from the razor army builder sets or from the one that was at toysrus, just painted gray...i think.

    it was also used for gambits hair from the wolverine movie set.

    But I did get my pirates in the mail today and they are pretty cool. they have alot of detail and they come with some pretty cool swords and guns. Some of the guns have like ax blades on the end with alot of design.

    Under old coopers head is a skull head.

    Hopefully these sell well and we get some more. I for one, will certainly support the line. :thumbsup:

    The bad guys must be exclusive to TrU, at least they were the only ones with the stickers on the pack.

    Got my guys today and my Gabe figures hair tampo is totally of center, it almost touches his eye on one side and is way far back on the other side---looks like i'll keep his helmut on always cuz you can't really tell much when its on.

    Other than that, they are alright figures---i think the Thor mates were much better.

    she has magiks base, a quiver on her back thats attached to her collar thing that most all AOA mates have. she also has like a little thing that goes in her hand thats the same color of translucent pink her base is. i assumed its a charged up arrow or spear thing thats in her quiver.

    sabertooths bulky chest peice doesnt quite squeeze together tight, you can only tell it from the side view otherwise hes a pretty nice mate too. his hair is kinda all feathered back into a ponytail thats goes down to about his waist line.

    i wish i had a camara that worked decent...but with all these new things that keep coming out, its hard for a guy whose a complusive collector to save money for one! :blush:

    tru.com--they were on like for just a few minutes one morning as i got ready for work about 2-3 weeks ago-but those were the only 2 i was able to put in my cart. the morph pack went "out of stock" as i ordered the other 2. I've been checking everyday since and have never seen them come in stock again.

    I was very happy though just to get the 2 sets i got.

    I got the wolvie/omega red, and blink and sabertooth.---sorry no camara----sabertooth has just regular feet no boots.

    Blink is pretty awesome, only problem being is that her green torso doesnt match well with her skirt and gloves.

    But she is easily one of my favorite mates now...i don't know why but I just think she looks cool. :biggrin:

    you tried to be funny, entirely missed the mark... that's plain as day. On top of that, you cowardly tried and back out and turn it around... poor form.

    back to the point... its very possible that us in the West will have to wait for a our plastic toys due to events in Japan, despite the fact they're made in China. Whether TrU wave 10 have been swept away or irradiated, I couldn't say for sure.

    really?? where was the humorous part? these events did happen and are happening. So I guess i don't see what your seeing.

    As far as your last statement, is that not what i said without your little "humorous" pun about us in the west waiting for plastic--now whos still trying to be funny?

    Hopefully they didnt get swept away in the tsunami, earthquake aftermath, or now the radiation contamination in that area of the world where they are made. :(

    that sounds like you're trying to be funny, if so... you're an absolute disgrace, and a mess of a human being... sort yourself out.

    hmmm-since when does a sad face mean humor? Is it not a possibility that something may have happened because of the recent events in that area of the world---if you found yourself thinking humor while reading my statement, you need to "sort yourself out" first.--- think things though and read slowly before you snap back....whos a mess?? i mean really...whos trying to be the one sounding funny here, mr. absolute disgrace..?
