seems like the kmart packs have a duller paint, while the tru ones have shiney paint

so I don't know this game, and I'm not sure if this would be considered a variant or not, but I noticed the 2 Liara that I got in my case have the freckles in different spots. On one it goes across the nose, and on the other it where her hairline would be, like across the top of her forehead. They both look good though, either way!

When are the 2 packs suppose to be out?

The one goblin promo is a piece you can actually use in whatever game it is that it belongs to, according to the auction on e-bay, so I think that would make it popular in that community

I just got my shipment confirmation for the Yondu pack from tru. They were available just for a little bit early Thursday morning, but I never expect to get them when ordered from the 1st sample case, until I get the confirmation. So hopefully in few days I should have him!

Has anyone said where the Alien boxset is going to be for sale at, or did I miss that somewhere? I seen it said June release, but where?

I have loved minimates since the first 3 incher I bought almost 12 years ago....& because the love only grew when they shrunk! As almost everyone here has stated, they cover from marvel to clint eastwood, not many toy lines can boast that diversity.

They have actually been a driving force keeping me gainfully employed thoughout the years, because if I didn't go to work everyday, I couldn't buy the latest release of mates being offered, and that my friends would be one of my worst nightmares!

Plus, just the fact that they make me smile.

Mine are en route from Luke, and I can't wait to tear into them!

Just got my set too. The paint is indeed different than the original, and is not shiney at all.

I may be wrong, but I think this is the only Hulk, besides the movie mates, where Hulk has a "calm" face. That makes this set another plus for me.

I believe Zach said somewhere he already had the sample packs for 17 too.

On icon heroes facebook page, they said at 1st it would be late Sept., but now they said it looks like late Oct., early Nov. Hopefully these will show up more sooner than later!

So, apparently, Sideshow has changed their shipping policy so that you can not change how or when a shipment will be delivered. As in, you can no longer have an item delivered at a later date, or ask to pick an item up directly from UPS if you can;t be on hand to sign for the package on the days they attempt. I just discovered this today, because I missed my Captain America being delivered because UPS tried to deliver him 5 hours earlier than they ever have before. Due to my school schedule, I won't be available until after 5 Monday and Tuesday. And now UPS has told me that they can't hold the package for me to pick up or deliver it any later. So, essentially the item won't be delivered...I'm so angry right now!

You may already know this but, I've had hot toys figures delivered from sideshow before, without being home. What I did was join ups website (free part) , and then did a signature release thing you can do on their website and then they left my package inside my door for me without being there to sign at all.
