This is just heart-breaking. Especially since had the line ended after the next two waves, then things could be considered somewhat complete.

I can't say whose fault all this is, but I'm losing a lot of faith in MiniMates as a line. After losing LotR, DC, 24, Rocky, Star Trek, and BSG, I'm just not sure I want to keep going with things outside of Marvel. I mean, I invest a lot of excitement and spirit into these lines, only to have them cut off midway through while still very incomplete. Not to mention the money I put in. I have no desire to display an incomplete line. At least with Trek, we got the entire TOS bridge crew, but what do I care about just displaying a Sisko or Picard? It makes me feel like I've wasted my money on these lines when there's no commitment to get them complete.

I get that DST has to make ends meet, and maybe I should appreciate what I get, but I'm not in it to be a guinea pig for lines. Take the money that goes into dead ends like Silence of the Lambs or the Man with No Name or most all of these other movie lines, and put it into lines like BSG or Trek. It just feels like they'd rather halfway do a bunch of lines than go whole hog with a few.

Ugh, I guess I'm just having trouble with the whole situation, and it's shaking my foundation in 'Mates as a whole. I've been buying these dudes since 3" Trek, so I'm not a fairweather fan, either.

Considering that there are some of the revelations that came out of the first episode of the new season, maybe DST has been holding their breathe on re-packaging the assortment (and couldn't reveal the new packages without giving away some of the spoilers.)

Maybe they had to take them down to wait for some licensing or likeness approval. They had to do that with the Boomer / D'Anna two-pack of action figures. Those did get cancelled, but I think things will turn out different for the BSG minimates.

With the lack of news about any new Star Trek waves and now this... it really bums me out!-these are 2 of my favorite lines.

With the way they cancel out announced waves, it makes me feel like selling off all my mates and start collecting something else!

Did anyone else notice there are two faces on the Gul Dukat head? If you remove the hairpiece the original Gul Dukat face (the one shown on the back of the package) is on the back of the head. The face on the front is kind of generic is this DST's way of letting you army build Cardassians? Or do the two faces represent two different appearances Dukat had during the show?

I don't think this is the last wave,(hoping!) when I asked my question to the art asylum thing they said we would be happy with what was planned for 2009....

AFX now has wave 24 in stock with trantula, also ironman hostile takeover, & wave 5 of star trek! Hope BBTS will have them in too!---thats where mine are orderd from.

Just got notification from AFX that these are in stock along with ironman hostile takeover, and marvel wave 24 with trantula!

So has anyone else seen these anywhere? If there out in 1 spot, they must be someplace else too.

I sure hope so, cuz it would be nice to get these before Christmas.

the number from the ironman set is 699788719404, and from the kraven set set 699788719534. those are the only ones I bought.

Woo Hoo! Just got back from getting mine. Same break down... 2 stealth, 2 hulks, 2 cosmic spidey's, and 3 each of the others.

I only bought the ironman sets, and 1 Black Spidey/Kraven set because I already have these pre-ordered, but I must say, the Ironman set is pretty sweet.
