If they ever do release one though, I REALLY hope they replace Sandman with Hobgoblin so we can have both versions of the Sinister Six instead of YET ANOTHER Sandman.

Oh, I'm sure that Venom, Carnage, and "Battle-damaged-spidersense-half-masked-missing-shoe" Spidey would find their way into the set too! LOL But seriously, enough with the Venom, Carnage, Sandman variations!! (although I am actually really looking forward to the SM3 Sandman w/base and arm-aments. These should have been included with the first and only Sandman IMO...best idea ever.). I don't really even care if it truly does represent the "comic-accurate" Sinister Six, it's absolutely obsurd that considering what a "big Spidey fan" Chuck is, we don't have a Scorpion, Lizard, Kraven, Mysterio, Electro, Shocker, Vulture, Hobgoblin, etc. considering how many Spiderman have been produced.

Carnage had one minimate made of him, so you can't really say he's an overused character

you don't have to worry about jessica dying since there are already leaked pictures of her from ultimates 4. She may leave usm but shes definitely in the ultimate universe for a while

i believe they did, i don't remember his name and they didnt call him ultimate but he was like spidey with clothes you can put on top of him and an extra head to make him ultimate peter parker, i have him but hes not that great
