Magik/warlock are showing sold out on my end.

Just as a heads up also (I know it won't help much in this case because they might not last long). But TRU has a new in store system called their Store Ordering System. My friend told me about it the other day when I was in and ordered the DCUC Raven from their website that way. It's available for instock items on the TRU website that are shown as "Sold in Stores" and on most items it allows you to get free shipping. It didn't work for video games/systems and super heavy stuff.

^That's how I got my set. They weren't even scanned in the back, but computer said they had 19 on the floor and only had 7 out, so a case of 12 was missing. They checked the unprocessed stuff in the bay and found a case.

I have the Megablok Ghost and Mongoose (along with a turret) and they work fine.

I'm more than a bit confused about the M.A.X. TRU Wave of figures.... & the vehicles for that matter ....... I was under the impression that the figures had done quite well sales-wise whilst the jets had fared less so. I again assumed that the BTTF TRU vehicle was perhaps the only vehicle that had done well in the entire range of vehicles produced ?

Now I read that they're on clearance....is that bad news or just a normal occurence at TRU?

I was told that in a few weeks they are resetting the boys department so probably just clearing space. I'm pretty sure the MAx Heroes will be 4.98 and the vehicles 9.98. Not super clearance, but its something.

if any of your stores still have stock of these, I caught wind that they are going on clearance monday. Same with a few of the Ghostbusters SKUs and the vehicles.

Packaged pics were released on Dec 27th. It usually takes 5-6 weeks after that for an item to be released. Which puts the release date in mid-Feb.

Looks like you are dead on. Diamond Selects facebook page just posted that they are due in stores on 2/16

The TRU near me has people who know what they're doing and always stock their minimates in their "collector" aisle except the one time there were some on the things near the register lanes with the trading cards.

But when I was able to hunt down wave 9 I had called and they held the 2 exclusives for me. I was looking for the Wolvie/Mag set but couldn't find it. When the guy brought out the 2 he held I asked him where the rest were since I didn't see them. They were over near the ironman aisle, but actually right in the the Batman Brave and the Bold stuff. I totally overlooked them.

I can't wait for wave 10. I hope its not as stressful as 9.

I was getting worried that the store near me wouldn't get them in. Called the store that they showed me on the computer there that should have just gotten a case in. Called them up and the guy was able to hold the 2 exclusives for me until I got down there (45 minute drive). I was able to get the last two, so no extras of them. Also grabbed the Magneto/Wolvie set.

Glad this hunt is over, this wave gave me more trouble than the rest. Even back when whey were 1 per case.

Damn stopped by my closest TRU today and talked to my friend. He showed the on the computer that the warehouse still has them, but they haven't shipped any to that store yet. They are just trickling them out in small numbers to random stores. He did say that the store 40 minutes south has them pending so I might call them tomorrow and go there after work if they have them and I can get them to hold them.

BBTS has the shatterstar/cannon ball set in stock, but they want 15.99 for it.

if we don't get any comic waves, I'd be happy with some comic themed box sets.

Ok, I'm digging these. The movie Warriors Three and Sif suit me just fine (not that I wouldn't geek out over comic versions, i'm just psyched to get them in any form)

Yeah, I knew about the Thor single packs. I was wondering if they were going to do them for the Captain America line too. But i just read that they said they are on twitter, can't wait til February to see all the new stuff.

My three biggest wants. Doctor Who, Harry Potter and Scott Pilgrim (comic look).

i used to be that guy when i worked at tru a few years back. now i just know the staff, that's why they actually look for me rather than take a small break in the backroom and come out empty handed.

Same here, it's funny since I can usually find the stuff quicker if they just log in and let me go through the SIS and ASGARD system.

I hope we get a comic tie in wave, I really want a Winter Soldier, Falcon, Agent Carter, Crossbones, Sin.

Checked my TRU after work, they had nothing new stocked. I asked customer serve to check, she took the code from the warlock set online and found 7 in stock, she went to the back yet returned with sad news. Apparently the code was for all marvle minimates, she said they had nothing new and no idea when new would come and said since the pegs were full off the older product that it did not look good for new minimates.

yeah, wave 9 shares the same code as the Fantastic Four wave. Wave 10 they are finally going to one sku per wave.

I haven't had any luck down here in FL. They are in the warehouse, but not on this weeks truck. Hopefully next week.

I just did a quick look on ebay, seems to be selling for between 15-25, but not many up at any given time.

I ordered mine on TRUs website in October. My closest store never got this set in, and stores that did usually got just 1 case. The TRU 30 minutes north of me had them come in but they didn't get the Heroic Age like the one near me.

Yeah, so now there will not be as much issues of freaking out that the store has 30 packs of pegwarmers and maybe skipped over for the new stuff.

I could make due with a Kevin Bacon Sebastian Shaw so its more than just the ladies and troopers with my Hellfire Club.

I didn't see anything in the MAX or video game threads; were you able to find SKUs for the Sony mates and MAX wave 2?

I couldn't find threads for them but here are the other 3 ones that I found and haven't posted yet
