As my topic says I am really dissapointed with DST. I ordered 3 sets of series 31 and 4 sets of series 32. I have yet to receive any kind of update on when they will ship after the supposed 1-13-10 release. So after a few weeks of seeing them available everywhere I sent an email on Monday asking for an update, and asking that my order be canceled if it is not going to be filled soon. After receiving no response I sent another email on Wednesday, which again has gone without a response.

I feel like my money is held hostage to their bad customer service, because I cant just order from somewhere else as I am afraid that they will ship suddenly and I will then be charged.

Does anybody have a better email address for DST then customerservice@diamondselecttoys.com?

That's really awesome. Is there anyway you could attach it without, for lack of a better word ruining the visor?

I cant really think of a way to do that, i tried a few ways and to get it to look right I had to cut slots in the visor so the "blast" is inserted slightly, then I glued the "blast" so it would stay. Maybe someone here can think of a way.

I am pretty new here so if this has been done I apologize, I did a quick search but didn't see anything. Anyway Its pretty straight forward go and get a cyclops from the new wolverine and the x-men cartoon toy line. Chuck the cyclops figure because its really a lame figure but save the optic blast, and attach it to cyclops visor.

There is a small amount of cutting and gluing to do but I'm sure you can figure that out on your own.

Well I received the silver and gold spidey yesterday. To tell the truth I am relieved, because I was a little skeptical buying from a brand new ebay seller. But I can now say that the listing was dead on and these guys are great. I have to agree that these are definitely not my favorite mates. That distinction goes to torment spider-man and the two war machines ( however I have a feeling that the new deadpool might possibly be the new king in a few days).

But It is very gratifying to know that I have two very rare figures, and from a little research it appears that I actually got a very good deal. I have decided to leave them in their packaging, as I can see them fine and quite honestly would be afraid to do much more than look at them. Anyway here are a couple of pics.

For anyone who was dissapointed that weapon x wolverine didn't come with the helmet I have some good news. The helmet and wires that come with the marvel universe weapon x figure fits on the weapon x minimate really well. In fact the only thing that needs any real customizing is the shoulder straps. They have to be shortened but everything else looks really good as is. I will post pics tommorow (as I am not at home to take any right now). Hope this helps some of you dissapointed fans.

I will of course post pics as soon as I get them, as far as opening them I am conflicted. I would like to display them next to all my other spideys, and I have never been a MIB collector but since these are so rare I might just have to leave them in the package. Anyway I should have them by Friday so expect pics then.

Well call me crazy, but I just spent $600 dollars on Gold and Silver Spider-Man still in the package. I kept telling myself I wouldn't go over $300, but then that turned into $400 and then $500 and finally $600. I felt like I had two because they were the last two I needed to complete my marvel collection. Not counting just released and small variants like a dark blue gun instead of black which I don't care about.

Has anyone else spent a crazy amount of money like this all at once on minimates?

Hello all, I was just checking the DST website and I noticed that you can no longer pre-order wave 27 and 28, all you can do is add it to your wishlist. I wonder if they did this because they have reached the max # of pre-sales or because there is a problem. Hopefully everything is good because I ordered 4 of each from them.
