  1. I have previously ordered Figma figures from Hong Kong sellers on eBay with no problems, but the amount the figure costs and the shipping will obviously go up a lot as it's a much larger figure.

Thanks for the link Sam, I did have a look on Sideshow Toys website and couldn't find it.

Cheers for all the advice :)

  2. I know what you guys mean, if I didn't have a couple of really cool US guys helping me out I wouldn't be collecting Minimates anymore. Oftentimes the TRU stuff is better than the main line stuff these days, which makes it even harder to want it!

  3. So kinda like a Mighty Mugg? That would be interesting, but hasn't the market fallen away for those types of figure? Regardless, could be a brave move for DST, backed by TRU.

Great news on the Minimates section though, should help people find what they need easier than searching lots of different aisles/shelves.

  4. I have really been enjoying Rad's reviews and they are making me look at the Ultimates wave in a different light (he's reviewing them because I didn't pick them up at the time).

Thanks for all the kind words as always, there may be one or two issues now and again but we do try hard to keep the reviews going consistently!

  5. Fantastic stuff. My worry with most 2-part cliffhangers (from Star Trek and DR Who and lots of things really) is that the second part is always a disappointment to the first part because they can usually throw more into the first one to actually set up the cliffhanger

But this, this was brilliant. Very moving, yet with some fantastically funny one-liners:

    Fezzes are cool!

it ran me ragged throughout the episode yet managed to address all the plot points that had been brought up previously.

  6. I'm happy if I can see the Bandai figs on shop shelves. Buying a toyline exclusively through online means gets me down.

However I'm not sure how good their sculpts will be if it's Bandai. I kinda had visions of a Four Horsemen redesigned line *drool*

I haven't watched the old series in years but did get the comics a few years ago, which I did enjoy. Battle of the Planets, Thundercats and Transformers were all out in comic form. Good times :)

YES! I was always amazed that Thundercats - which was up there for kids cartoons in the 80s - had not been redone for today's kids.

I'm really excited for this, especially as it'll give my brother the chance to find out what the RUINED FOREVER meme is all about. He loved Thundercats.

Hopefully this'll mean toys, but sadly it looks like Mattel have the license so no-one will actually be able to buy them except for outrageous prices on eBay.
