Just use a sharp blade to scrape off the "A" on the jacket? I've always had more success with that versus the nail polish remover. I made a Morph as well (out of that same Wolverine, I think). How do you post pics on here?

I just picked up two of these sets! Time to start army building prisoners!

From the shot Zach posted on Facebook- Reed's costume won't match up with existing FF'ers, at least the most recent wave- the blues are too different (a light blue for wave 8 from the TRU wave)- plus the decal on this 'best of' reed isn't quite as ripped as that of wave 8. Here's hoping we'll get a 'best of' sue to match Reed in the near future. I've bought almost every variation on the costume (except future foundation) glad to see there's so many to choose from.

I didn't think they would match up. This new one looks more like their original costumes.

The Loki and Bruce Banner set looks great. That Punisher looks darker than I was expecting so that makes me happy! Daredevil looks ok and that Venom doesn't look as good as the one in the new set. Maaan, seeing that Reed makes me want a Johnny, Sue and Ben in that gear now.

I use the Figure Factory Ghost Rider's bike for Danny Ketch:

The left handlebar is connected to the figure's hand, but that's fine when you have him swinging his chain over his head.

WOW, that looks amazing. Is the Figure Factory figure attached to the bike then? Did you just cut him off?

Just got the wave 1 set and as Tony would say, "They'rrrre Grrrreat!" As a new collector, being able to snag all the fairly big name characters in one fell swoop is awesome. They feel very complete with all kinds of accessories and even some pieces to allow characters to go maskless.

Are these available at specialty shops now?

Yeah, I wouldn't mind building an army of prisoners.

p.s. Does anyone still need any of the Series 1 Walking Dead mates? I've been picking them up in case people can't find them (I've even got spare Glenn and Shane sets).

So where have these been found so far?

I found them at the Aurora, IL TRU, and I was going to share pics immediately after posting that I'd found them, but upon opening the box, I am missing an Iron Hand (there are spots for two regular Minimate hands in the tray underneath the figures, but only one of them had anything in it). I need to exchange it. Which really pisses me off, since that store is extremely out of my way, so it might not happen until Saturday at the earliest. I hope they still have some by then.

Any chance of getting some pics before you return them? I don't mind that there's some hands missing in the pics. haha.

When do these two waves come out? I'm not even a huge Fantastic Four fan but I think this is the most excited I've been about an upcoming Minimates wave just because they all look so good!

Those new F4 figures look AMAZING! My only complaint is with Sue though. How come she doesn't have the white band around her waist like Reed and Thing?

Okay, one more... the Rhino, which is awsome sauce cool, is a hybrid design. And those always bug me a little. By hybrid, I mean it's a classic Rhino suit for most of it, but it had the studded bracers on the ankles and wrists which Rhino wore during his Sinister Sydnicate stint when he added chest and shoulder armor and those studded bands over his classic suit. Again, it's a minor niggle that only a complete nutjob like myself would let bother him.

Yeah, I noticed that immediately when we first saw pics. I would have preferred a straight up classic version with no studs. Or even extra arms and a chest to make the updated version like all the stuff that came with the new Colossus? (Especially since I don't think that Iron Man/Rhino set comes with any accessories at all.)

Ugh! I was just going to order one too. Is it just me or is it getting harder and harder to order Minimates from TRU.com?

Shouldn't talk of the comics or tv shows be in a different forum and just the talk of the figures be held here? I don't watch the TV show. It bored me so much after watching the first 3 episodes that I gave up. I think the comic is fantastic though. I would be a little annoyed too if I came here looking for info on new figures and people are talking about what's happened in the comics/tv show.

Meh. The only one that made it that I voted for was Ghost Rider. I'll pick up a Baron Zemo too but the rest are all passes for me (unless there are some amazing new accessories or bases). I would have loved to have seen Banshee, Mojo, Falcon or Winter Soldier. Hopefully they pop up soon.

Also, this was the Marvel poll, right? Do you think there were a lot of people voting that weren't even into Minimates and are now going to buy these because they voted?

Songbird has a pretty cool energy wing display base. Nova has bonus heads. Ghost Rider has a new (?) chain with a spike. Spidey has a regular arm to replace his mega-arm.

Haha, I didn't think of that option either. Hopefully there are some new fans that jump on the bandwagon because of those polls. That base sounds interesting.

Did you guys ever consider making Spider-Man figures with different parts of the body having the full web design? For example, next Spider-Man release has full webs on hands but plain red feet. Release after that has just red hands, but full webs on feet. That way we can mix and match and make a Spider-Man that has a complete web designs.

Aww maaaan. I just returned the Mummy set that I bought for like $6 with a coupon. Now they're rare and people need them?!

I was always partial to the Blue Team. Both shots are amazing though.
