I've been to two.  What sucks is that I could buy them to help out people on here but I'm not buying them if I have no idea who I'm getting.  So...they're still there months later and then they end up not getting any new stuff in.  Helluva business plan!

But if he's buying cases and selling them for what people will pay for them, then I can't really blame him, because any one of us could buy cases as well. The problem is no one is really willing to do all that. It takes time and energy to sell off all the many undesirable duplicates to recoup the costs of buying a case for a single Silk.

And don't forget that the per blind bag figure costs more than the per figure cost of the two-packs.

BUT...if people wouldn't give in and pay his ridiculous prices then he would stop setting his prices so high since they wouldn't be moving at that price point.

As much as I would LOVE to own a Silk figure, I'm not going to drop that kind of money on it.  If it comes in a Toys R Us 2-pack down the road...great!  If I can get it from someone on here at cost or in a trade...great!  If not, I guess I don't really need that Silk after all.

I'd pass on any version of Teen Titans. However, Batman: The Animated Series, Superman, Justice League or Justice League Unlimited would all be nice!

 

Alright, so Silk is either 10th, 9th 4th or 13th.  Awesome!

These have been out for a week now and we've got no progress whatsoever on that Silk List.  That's not a good sign.  I REALLLLLLY hope Silk is in one of the upcoming Toys R Us Marvel waves!

I've got a Luke Cage set and a Power Princess set.

I certainly can.  

I ship out "hard to find" or "rare" stuff all the time at cost + shipping.  Several people on here have done the same for me over the years.  It seems like a much better system.

Yeah, I agree that the art on those bags is misleading (although it looks great!).  If you're putting those characters on the bag because they're recognizable, it makes sense that they should've been part of the wave to begin with.  Adult collectors will probably be okay with the characters but I think most little kids aren't going to be very excited about anyone not Iron man or Spider-Man from this wave.

Didn't Zach mention another wave of Deluxe figures?

Did we ever hear anything for a Wave 4?

Ugh!  I really hope that that order you just posted was from a shop that mixed them up and not from a freshly opened box.  If that is the legit order and Silk isn't first like all the other one per cases have been, then I think people are going to have a hard time figuring out which one is Silk unless it's a fresh box of 18 that hasn't been scrambled.  

Do we have anybody on here that aren't interested in these but can hit up their local comic shops to hopefully grab some Silk figures for everyone on here?  The one per cases tend to not last long and we've got a long list of people that want them.

 

Also, has anyone confirmed the order of the figures in the box?  The one per case one is usually first.

Yeah, I'm interested to see how they look next to the originals too.

I thought it was based off of the most recent runs of Old Man Logan (the non Mark Millar versions).

That Flash is a bit of a let down.

Silk looks great.  I'm kind of interested in that Miles now too.
