  1. This was surprising, but I'm honestly not worried.

Disney also owns Miramax, which has released many mature-content films for the age demographics of adults and mature teens. I hardly believe this is going to cause the Marvel Universe to become the next Kingdom Hearts in terms of crossing over.

  2. Clarification: I nearly fell asleep in the movie because I was so bored by it. Sorry for the missunderstanding. :)

If it means you weren't expecting it to be as good as it turned out to be, I'd have to go with District 9. Went in with no expectations and left greatly entertained.

  3. Best Overall Movie

    -Star Trek

    Worst Overall Movie

    -Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

    Biggest Sleeper

    -Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

    Biggest Flop (or disappointment)

    -X-Men Origins: Wolverine

    Coolest Hero

-Wikus van de Merwe (District 9)

    Coolest Villain

-Baroness (G.I. Joe)-- Even if she didn't have the accent, she was one of the more entertaining characters and made being bad look so damn fun.

    Best Animated Movie

    -Up

    Best Special Effects

    -District 9

  4. I just got both sets today in the mail and I am extremely pleased with them! The accessories are very impressive and it just feels great to own all of the great characters from one of this years' best ongoing series. I absolutely adore Dark Reign!

Hawk Eye's mask is abit disappointing as I've seen others say. it's too bad they didn't bother doing eyeholes like the Prototype-- it had much more depth. The paint isn't bad, though; my only complaint is that the eyes look really high up on the mask in relation to the face underneithe.

My Iron Patriot's helmet also has the face decal slightly to the right which puts it off, but it's still a great toy.

I was disappointed that Marvel Boy-- Oh sorry, Captain Marvel-- never came with a gun like on the cover of issue #6, but at least they bothered to mold his belt.

To be honest, I wasn't looking forward to Spider-man (Mac), but the little details really stand out and make him more recognizable.

Also: it's nice that Hawk Eye doesn't have the buffed up body because it makes it so much easier to pose him with the bow and arrow. He looks super wicked!

  5. Maddrox looks like such a wicked figure, too. I love X-Factor and would absolutely love to see the comic get more attention in the way of toys (which is why I'll definitely be getting the minimate! :)).

I can't say I'm much of a fan of Hasbro's Marvel Legends-- then again, a good portion of them have really been hit or miss.
