  1. And Mirymate, I don't care if every Spidey villain has been made 10 times over, anyone here thinks we won't get a Spidey wave every 4th or 5th wave is nuts. We haven't even seen Scuba Attack Spidey or Spider Phoenix yet!
Hey long as we get to an Amazing Bag-Man eventually, I'll be happy. ;)

    i second that!! :D

  2. Long story long: So it turns out the Del Amo Mall in Torrance has a holiday Toys R Us store, so while shopping for Christmas presents I ran in and to my surprise, found two SS/SM packs and an Old Man Logan/ Old Man Hawkeye pack. There was also a Spider-Woman/Molecule Man pack, but I already had that.
<br />if you see the mm/sw again, think u can pick it up for me, I'll buy it off you! please and thank you
  3. Just came back from the Dublin, CA. TRU and picked up a 1 - Silver Surfer / Swordsman set and 1 - Captain Marvell and Black Bolt set. Will hold off on the others for now. the Swordsman is cool. He is the main one I wanted. Glad for the Cap and Black Bolt set. More space characters. Still no sign of the Secret Wars set.

dude I was gonna hit that tru today, but no I have to work...sigh... nice that you got it though, better to go to a fellow collector than a scalper.

  4. idk, i heard you should never buy toys, from hong kong or thailand since most of the time their cheap knock offs. T hough I neve dealt with it personally. dosen't joker have more accessories ? he just has the hammer in the picture. I say to think twice or maybe ask the seller a question about the figure.

  5. If you have any favorite artist and wanna see if they've drawn spidey, check comicartcommunity.com and you can search spidey at comicartfans.com I use these websites all the time for inspiration and influence. Hope it helps!

btw john romita is my favorite spidey artist. great work!

  6. If you like Foo Fighters you should check out Them Crooked Vultures, which has Grohl as drummer, John Paul Jones on guitar, and the dude from Queens of the Stone Age on vocals. I also reccomend to anyone Wolfmother...great throwback to classic rock.

sounds like a cool line up, but dosen't john pual jones play bass?

  7. I have one of those first ones released, and I love it!! It is modded, so it plays classic games and youtube.I used to take it everywhere But over the years, it got beat up and now it is mostly used for online or art references at home. In fact, Im using it to write this!

    :D

Tru dat. . .though Anselmo is a New Orleans native :)

Picked up Queen's "A Night At the Opera" a couple days ago. I'm a huge Queen fan, but never got this specific album until now somehow. Surely their masterpiece.

Also got the Replacements "Pleased to Meet Me." I had it on tape years back, but hadn't listened to it in ages. Great stuff from a great period in college/indie/alternative rock history.

I'm a huge queen fan aswell, I've have all their 70's albums on vinyl, took me a while to track em all down, worth every penny, I love NATO, but Queen 1 and queen 2 are my top favorites!, so I recommend you listen to those and sheer heart attack that one is awesome!

actually queen was the band that got me into music, before that I didn't listen to music that much, till I heard them.
