another big haul for me.

So after my luck with my local target, I decided to head down to livermore target and walmart to see if they had any wave 9 or 10 characters i wanted.

well, target had nothing worth picking up. So I head to the LCS, to see if any mates where there.

BAM right there the variant goliath, just sitting there!.(I was gonna sell him, but I'm not sure)

So I picked him up, with yellowjacket, and some comics and art supplies.

So I head out to the livermore walmart, and for the first time in my life I see the remains of a wave 10, I almost cried. I ask one of the employees, and they told to talk to robert, the "toy guy". so i find him and he knew exactly what I was talking about. Even knew the upcoming waves, tells me he just got a new wave 10 box couple days ago, and told me I could pick anything I wanted.Hows that for customer service!

So of course I picked up joker! and the keaton batman (only batman I wanted).

So a good day indeed.

and i also broke down and ordered Iron of the net.

i hope it is alan. I really want to finish the jsa,and with hourman, thats two steps closer. more metal men is nice, been looking for iron like crazy.

well, I talked to some of the employees at the target i work at and they pulled out what they had, they had two hawkman!, so I bought one and also they got wave 2 of the target exclusive batman/supeman movie series. So I picked up major force to see if anyone wants them. The coolest thing though is their 7.99 at target now, and with my emoployee discount, awesome deal!

and it just upsets me. My wal mart and target always has the lame no good figures all the time. while these ones just stock the new ones. I mean I hate buying them off ebay since their obviously overpriced.

my walmart never even got the wave 10 or the gotham 5 pack. I never ever seen one different dcu toy besides Dr.fate at another towns target,and I think but not sure a hawkgirl( yeah I know what a dumbass I am for not picking it up). i usually see the usual peg warmers(blue beetle, capt.cold, cyborg, dr.impossible, and captain marvel). I just wished my local stores would just stock the new lines.

back when I first got into minimates, the FF were the one team I wanted to complete,and was happy when I did. I really like the versions we have, but I would also like to see newer versions,(preferably the blue and white costumes)but just an updated version is just as good, either way I'll like to have both versions.

phineas and ferb is awesome! i really dig spectacular spidermen and brave and the bold. thats about it though dont watch tv that much. do try to catch bleach or cowboy bebop once in awhile.

So Blackest Night #6 came out some time ago.

In it the 7 color characters decide they can't win against Nekron without a LOT more lanterns. Indigo-1 sends her tribe to gather together the different corps. In the meantime, though Ganthet hands out one of each ring to someone on Earth.

That's right, you guessed it, Scarecrow joins the yellow corps.

Most of them are obvious like Atom/Compassion, Barry/Hope

But some are interesting like Mera/Rage, Lex Luthor/Avarice & Wonder Woman/Love

I enjoyed the issue, and it was pretty obvious why they were chosen, also if you hadn't heard of the aftermath issues tilted brightest day?

Sorry, I meant wouldn't. I think he's a good actor, he just doesn't fit the mold of GL for me. Neither does Reynold's, but he's a bit closer to GL than ol' Mal Sometimes though, I wish they would just get unknown's to play parts.

Why do i say this?? Why that would be to the casting of Carol Ferris. If anyone recalls it was down to Eva Green ("Casino Royale"), Keri Russell (animated "Wonder Woman"), Diane Kruger ("Inglourious Basterds"), Blake Lively ("Gossip Girl") and Jennifer Garner ("Elektra"). Well, i for one really though Kruger had it in the bag; she IS Carol, the other choices were awful, and i love her. Wel, she didn't get it. Who did??

Blake. Lively. UGH. So, so, so, SOOOOO wrong for Carol Ferris.

Let's not get too mad here; it's only a movie.

I'm not that happy either, seems wrong for the film, but he's right it is just a film...Now I'm a fan of carol ferris, she is a great character;and their gonna screw her over in this film. But they screwed many of our favorite characters in films already, so ehh, there's always the comics and thats what counts!

true, i've been scared of taking her wings off. even the hot water technique seems sketchy to me.

I nominate the Wasp as the worst Minimate ever. I don't know if she's an '09 'mate, but regardless, I nominate her as the worst one.

loved it, still not the best film of 09. but loved it, yeah its dances with wolves, yeah its and i use this term lighty "ferngully", actually it isnt ferngully, thats dumbing it down. it is what it is, it's a james cameron film. amazing jaw-dropping experience and for once my dad didnt fall asleep during a film, that right there makes it a great film in my book. see it in 3D!!
