On a more lighter note, my hulkbusters turned up today, All i can say is WOW.

Very impressed with the sculpt and also the tampo underneath and its very possible to turn it to a another Iron Man, and its also a good likeness to turn it into a modular Hulkbuster and the slip mask helmet fits underneath the helmet

on a side note my wave 36 also arrived and another IM themed wave for my ever increasing Iron Man collection, Stiltman and Mandarin are my favourites still.

(I have 2 jolly green rancher minimates (Gamma Hulk) for sale/ trade Pm me for more info)

I bought a pair of hulkbusters off Ebay in the end, I know i Paid a fortune for them, but i only collect Iron man and Captain america mates so i can justify it that way,

I completely echo the sentiments of bobafett its getting harder and harder to get minimates except from Luke and Ebay, and then you factor in living in the UK, we should be lucky for the occasional pack at forbidden planet and even luckier to find then at a LCS, Toy'r'us may be great for DST shifting their products but for collectors its becoming an issue

The helmet on the Hulkbuster sits a little crooked which bugs me but otherwise I am loving these four new minimates!

Playing final fantasy IX on PSP

So what's the deal with the green hands?

the green hands are Makluan scaled hands

After a battle with Iron man the mandarins hands were burnt/disintergrated and the Makluan rings dispersed, his hands eventually regrew and he once again called the rings to him

more recently the madarins hands and rings were sent to his son Temujin who continued his fathers legacy until he found that he was being manipulated by his right hand man into battling tony stark.

The mandarin was found alive living in a prison with no food or drink, he has regained his rings by having them fused into his spine (ouch!!), he then resurfaced as Tem Borjigin and was responsible for the extremis outbrake by terrorist splinter cells.

The Mandarin admits to the extremis creater Maya Hansen that even he will die in the outbreak but she and those with the gene to survive will become free from disease and become effectively immortal. Iron Man defeats the Mandarin while wearing the Silver Centurion armor by tearing five of the rings out of the Mandarin's spine, blasting him with those rings,unibeam, and repulsors at the same time, and then freezing him as he is engulfed in deadly concentrated Extremis virus, when the Mandarin's apparently frozen body is autopsied, all that is found is a blackened husk... not to dissimilar to the cocoon iron man formed so stay tuned..............

I have a question, which may or may not have been answered already, but this still confuses me. *MINOR SPOILERS (I think)*

In the movie they said the four drones were Air Force, Army, Marines, and Navy, but that's not what they're called as minimates. Since it was dark I couldn't get a real good look, but does anyone know which drone is which?

i would v.much assume...

Navy - Sea Assault

Air Force - Air Assault

Army - Ground Assault

Marines - Tactical Assault

though the last two may be the wrong way around
