  1. As you guys probably know, I'm not that much into video games. But I do play a few. And I really enjoyed this on. So here is - I guess - one of the first takes on

Assassin's Creed II: Ezio Auditore da Firenze

I really liked the vibe of that game and traveling through 15th century Tuscany was a blast. It's pretty accurate for a game like this. As far as I can tell. And I can tell a little, because I was just there. Oh, and Ezio did visit Firenze, too. He liked it.

The recipe: Modified Moon Knight hood, modified Magik shoulder piece, modified Psylocke sash, modified Cable boots, modified BttF "Eastwood" Marty poncho, shirt/skirt, belt with pouch, shoulder strap are all made from scratch. Head?

  2. I can still imagine them using the Civil War idea for the MCU. Basicly it's the whole Watchmen/Dark Knight Returns idea and that could work pretty well. The using-secret-identities-thing just added another aspect to the basic conflict. But the idea of people asking the government to controll sups is a plausible thing (just look at NY after Avengers 1). Just add a Hulk rampage and some conerservative media hysteria and ta-da!

And I don't think they already burned all the bridges for somthing like this. After all we've seen I can still imagine Iron Man and Cap leading the two groups just in the way they did in the comics. Iron Man is against governmantal restrictions, but he is also clever enough to see that getting legal would be the only possible way to stay "active". He wouldn't trust the government completely (and we all know why), but he sees this to be the only possibility. Cap on the other side is already skeptical and can easily make the shift from being rather nationalistic to being more (constitutional) patriotic, as he did in the comics. I can easily imagine him leading a resistance group. I can also easily imagine him getting shot down in the end of the story line...

(For me, CW was one of the best modern plots in the Marvel comics. But I don't really read much Marvel.)

  3. Grannyhog!

I remember I was at Rob's wonderful place when he said you left. That really caught me by surprise.

But I'm glad you're doing fine and please feel free to come here when ever you feel like it.

    Cheers!

Zach, if you read this: Give this man a Squirrel Girl 'mate!

  4. I guess it won't take too long untill we'll see Marvel Noir Minimates. I actually hope we do, because they have pretty original designs. Until then, here's

    Deadpool Pulp

I came across that guy when this new series was announced, but never ever read it. I started working on that custom shortly after, but never finished it. I don't know why. But now I did and here he is:

The recipe: Avengers Wasp chest piece, Iron Fist bandana, WW2 Cap belt. Everything else is sculpted or made with sheet plastic.
