Hey T, i have another question.

Is Gamora a green plastic, or paint?? I need to make a Poison Ivy that looks nice, and i plan on adapting Chaz's design. The only issue is green skin. Please say it's plastic.

EXACTLY! That should've been the variant, a long cape cloak. Instead of another war machine. Dont get me wrong, i love war machine and all, but the 2 couvle easily been put in one with a simple armor and head swap.

Not so simple, as well as differennt heads they have different: shoulder, boots, hands and belts not to mention different tampos for their backs arms and legs.

A seperate cloak would have definitely been much easier.

I guess i'll help too. This is one of my rare chances to be able to say, "Hey, I helped that person become famous."

I got my wave 23 today from AFX (a day early!) and I cant believe how happy I am with them. Both WM's are fantastic and so is Nova. Spymaster is what he is nothing too fancy. I really wasn't very excited to be getting Gamora, but shes as good as the rest. My only complaint is with Cloak & Dagger. I hoped that Dagger would have had some light daggers. I think Cloaks cloak should have been wider too. Otherwise, awesome wave.

Totally agree, Light Daggers would have been perfect. Like I mentioned before, it was a little weird opening the box to see just two minimates and not a single extra piece of anything.. Maybe a 2nd cloak would've been nice. One for standing and one for encompasing things/people.

Quite well actually! I like the burn and scrape effects. They COULD of added more because the 2 look similar still. But it is still pretty good.

I ordered the whole iron man movie set last thursday, and wave 24 minimates this past sunday, and none came yet, anyone know why? AFX said they would come to me in 3 days.

nothing came up when I click on series one, two, or three....

I have the script for the comic, but i didnt start shooting it yet,all i need are backgrounds and i can start shooting it, cuz legos just dont work right.

Im making a pic-fic, i have a sample comic that i will post later, but i didnt like it that much, so im revamping my whole comic. I am finished the setting and ill start shooting soon!

Plot:

The story takes place in the present. The main character is a Hatian Samurai named Drake. His long time friend is a man named Clyde. Drake is serious, Clyde is silly. Clyde is searching for his long lost family members. Drake is earching for his family's anicent heirlooms of the Jahidii, and a get rich quick scheme. Along the way they help others (which make the side quest/comics) and they encounter plenty of villans to battle (or boss battles). You follow them as they try to achive their goals, no matter what the cost!

Hulkbuster Iron Man, another commission. I hardly have any time to do my own customs these days, not that I'm complaining :biggrin: . In this case, I'd started the custom a while back so most of the sculpt work was done. The figure is a 2.5" Minimate, with Gandalf the White hair (beard cut off and put on backwards) and cuffs, cut-down Kilowog powerhouse chestpiece and a couple of other sculpted additions. The shoulder pads are Lego parts, and whilst they might look a little too raised, they don't block shoulder articulation much. The gold is a yellow wash over silver paint.

Incidentally, has anyone ever varnished over Games Workshop yellow ink? I tried it once and the ink just smeared off, but that may have been because the ink was directly onto plastic, rather than paint. I just thought I'd ask before I wrecked the paint job on this one.
