Does BBTS or AFX get them when most LCS's get them? Bc i have to order mine online now since i moved. No LCS No TRU

BBTS usually gets them kinda early.....they've had these for a couple weeks.

I bought some Grade N50 magnets that are 3/16" x 1/8" from K&J Magnetics.com........they fit exatly into the peghole in the feet of minimates. They are very strong little magnets and work great to keep those troublesome minimates upright on metal.

Thanks for that, but you guys who find extras could probably provide more help with guys living out of the country, who have a much harder time obtaining these things than those of us in the states do.

Well I went back to my local TRU today and I'm afraid I have bad news....all they had left were Loki/Thor and the mediocre Wolverine/Cap. I can pick up the Wolverine/Cap for anyone thats interested....they had a few of them.

I shipped my loot too......I've got series 31, 32, 33, and 34 coming!

I'm sick of the f'ing "hunt" and have been since the 25th Anniversary G.I. Joes got to their 3rd wave or so. I have no interest in driving around town trying to compete with whomever the guys are who seem to sweep in and buy up anything that is reasonably popular right when they appear on the shelves, in the interest of saving a few dollars. I'm resigning myself to the idea that Minimates are becoming too popular in my neck of the woods, and now are akin to the DC Universe Classics toys. I'll wait another week or so to see if they pop up on TRU.com. If not, I'll go to eBay, pay the extra $20 or whatever, and be done with it.

I know exactly how you feel. I'll check TRU before class on Thurs and pick up any packs you want if they still have them. I'll be happy to ship them to for cost plus shipping.

I usually go to the Great Escape too. I don't buy many comic books any more, but I have been following the Darkest Night. Besides minimates, I mostly collect DCD figures, and Marvel/DC statues. I also go to Comic Book World over on Sheopardsville Rd, but its more expensive for figures than Great Escape.

As for sushi....no thanks....I like my fish battered and fried.

With the exception of the TRU minimates I usually buy all of mine online from bigbadtoystore.com. It is a whole lot easier than trying to find them at comic shops, and you are guaranteed the chase figure. The pile of loot shipping is pretty cool too. If you haven't checked them out you should give them a try.

Still hoping to see these on tomorrow's truck, with the supposed out-of-stock BSG minimates () RPlanning on getting there at 10:15, so i hope that's early enough to score some.

Looks like they had gotten in 2 cases though. They had a ton of minimates including the BSG mates and a few packs of T2 mates. That was the only Bullseye/Moonstone though...someone had to have beaten me there because the pegs had been gone through.

Yeah...I don't think there is a collectible company out there (sideshow, bowen, dcd, dst, etc) that actually ever makes their estimated or projected shipping dates. I guess patience is a virtue every collector must have.......or go insane!

Well, they don't. They show us release date *estimates*. Personally I'd rather have a general idea of when I'm gonna need cash handy, so I can budget it, than find out two days ahead of time on that week's Diamond list. Don't get me wrong, I understand the frustration, but after a while you stop taking DST's estimates so literally, as bilbofett said...

Sorry.....I just need my fix man.......thats all. I'm getting the shakes.........

Marvel Minimates Heroes Box Set

Marvel Minimates Villains Box Set

I got the Iron Man 2-pack at a different Toys R' Us here in Louisville yesterday. I would have bought the Spiderman wave, but I preordered from BBTS.

Checked TRU here in Louisville today...no luck finding minimates, but I did get a Galactus Might Mugg!!

Just took a look at my minimates....and between DC and Marvel there are none that match....sorry

And I would like to see you try and punch me in the face.

Yeah....just try it through your monitor and all that's gonna happen is you'll need a new monitor.

Anyways......

I really like a the box sets announced, and can't wait to get my hands on them

I would also love to see a Fearsome Foes of Spiderman set with Kraven, Electro, the Lizard, and the Vulture......maybe at the next convention???? Spidey villains needs some love!!
