I just think it's weird that no one has made the jump, whereas ROH is becoming a virtual training ground. I would even think that, if you were a ROH guy with the goal of reaching WWE, and TNA called, you'd be better off staying put.

Some have made the jump (Consequences Creed in TNA is currently Xavier Woods in NXT). But I think you really mean big name TNA Originals like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Bobby Roode, James Storm, Christopher Daniels, and Abyss. I guess loyalty and wanting to continue laying the tracks for the still smaller company? And I wouldn't necessarily say it is easy to stay put and wait for WWE as they may never call. So TNA could be a plan B and, at the very least, you might get enough TV/recognition during your time there. Thus increasing your profile and getting more money in the indies.

Now onto RAW. It was announced that Ambrose is facing Kingston for the US Championship and Rollins/Reigns will face Hell No for the Tag Team Championships at Extreme Rulez. With the momentum that the Shield still has, how can they not win and become a trio of champions? I am glad they are still going strong and the titles will probably help keep them in the spotlight. It helps a lot that they are focusing on 3 guys rather than the crowd that was Nexus. I liked Nexus, but even I knew they didn't have long term potential as a group.

He got his healing factor (and hamburger face) back at the start of the NOW! relaunch. How is a mystery. He just showed up in the first page slaying a dragon with thor in new york and having his stomach cut open.

Well, it kind of spoils the end of the previous run by Daniel Way but...

...Deadpool lost his healing powers and gained his handsome face when he got shot with a serum to counter his healing factor. Now he is able to be hurt/killed! But then he did a farting joke with a gasoline pump and burned his face in the process, thus, getting his hamburger face again.

I came here thinking it was wave 17 being announced, but wow! If only that 2-pack could tell us its story. Probably one of sadness of being lost and forgotten...

I've been very behind due to moving but just caught up to RAW. Wrestlemania wasn't bad but wasn't that great either. Only match that really stood out was Punk/Taker. But man oh man, what a RAW! Well, on paper, it didn't seem that great. I guess we got spoiled by Brock last year that we expected something big. But there are hot crowds and then there are crowds that do whatever and make things fun! Ziggler's win was only maybe slightly overshadowed by the crowd's random chants (Orton/Sheamus match was just ridiculous). And the Fandango hums! I will be honest and admit that I have been humming his theme in my head for weeks. But I thought it was just me! Too bad there aren't more random crowds like this to make boring RAWs better.

Since Stan Lee appears in a lot of Marvel Movies, could there possibly be a TTA type box set with 4 different Stan Lee minimates from each of the movies? Of course, there would need to be 4 licenses that DST needs at the same time and they'd all have to be friendly with each other...

Just finished watching Saturday Morning Slam. If you want to see Bryan vs. Ziggler again, watch this weeks episode. Okay, it's not on par with Monday's wrestling match but it's a different style and I was still very entertained by it. More flashy, more pandering to the crowd, and very PG wrestling but that's SMS. It's different than the other shows and that's why I enjoy it more than Superstars and Main Event.

And it seems like I am MMMV's only Fandango fan...

Anyway, what did you guys think about CM Punk interrupting Undertaker's Paul Bearer tribute? It's not surprising, but I still cringe when WWE does stuff like that. I even cringed when Punk interrupted Mae Young's birthday last week or the week before. I guess that is part of his gimmick now? Disrespect?

I liked Batista when he was wrestling and yes, he has the physique for it. But I'm too narrow sighted and see him too much as his WWE character that I can't grasp how Drax will work out. Then again, I don't know Drax well but he seems to be just a straight faced ass kicker. So it probably won't be too much of a stretch.

And that's an interesting rumor. I respect Jericho helping on getting talent over, but as much as I like Fandango (I really do like his cheesy segments), Jericho deserves a little better than him right now. I'd rather see Cesaro vs Jericho at Wrestlemania just to help him get over and have a great wrestling match. Still not sure where Jericho fits in the card but I'd put my money with Barrett.

At this point, I think it'll be somewhat likely we see Toad/Blob and Pyro/Avalanche making TRU exclusive appearances down the line. But they will probably be in separate waves. This year will be another Avengers type year with Thor 2 and Iron Man 2 so we need some X-Men to cleanse our palette between the movies. Oh wait, I forgot Wolverine comes out between those movies.

Two of them are easy choices for me based upon who I think are general big baddies and would look cool as minimates (High Evolutionary, Baron Mordo), but the third is a tough one without tapping into the personal wishlist (Spidey villains and Brotherhood)...

I'll admit that I was playing with my new minimates I received from a trade today during RAW. So I wasn't really into the entire show. But the main event did seem pretty epic. I might need to rewatch it. I don't mean to fully discredit the move since it was surprising and good for the moment, but I'll call it a frankensteiner since it seemed like an ugly hurrincanrana from Cena. And I agree about the piledriver. That opened my eyes when I saw it. Not sure where Punk goes from here, other than trying to reclaim his glory by beating the streak...

Got the Torch/Annihilus pack today at my TRU in the Bay Area (California).

Lucky. I visited 2 and saw nothing. But I was never in the Bay Area for long to have any luck.

Evil Deadpool

After Onslaught, who I thought was a longshot, it was a hard one to think up just one. But one that I think would be interesting is Evil Deadpool. It's not a QC error, just has 2 right arms! And more Deadpools!

Your area might not appreciate good minimates as much? Yeah, I echo that Taskmaster/Spencer was a pegwarmer for a while (I think it is gone now at my TRU...). The next MvC pegwarmer is the Doom/Wesker 2-pack. It's just not going away.

I bet if you say your TRU's location, the next time you go, your problem will be solved! But you risk not getting the good stuff for yourself in the future.

So does anyone think there may be a Kane vs. DB math at Wrestlemania? They seem to be going back to having a lot of friction between them again. I'm still hoping for a tag team match at Wrestlemania to highlight the division (maybe 4-way tag team turmoil?). But I wouldn't mind seeing who is the real tag team champion. Either way, Tensai/Brodus will probably be next to carry the division. Not much action in the tag team ranks other than them. Without Rhodes Scholars and Rey/Cara, it is lacking again.

You had to know Swagger's new gimmick would culminate with a feud with ADR/RR. I just thought it'd be a post-Wrestlemania long term feud but it seems they are pulling the trigger now to start it with WM being the grand opening shot. I think it is a bait and switch so when Ziggie cashes in, it will be a surprise since we'll be invested in the long term Swag/ADR war. Probably safe to say that the next feud will be Sheamus because he doesn't like Idaho potatoes. Remember Christian gave him a potato a while back and Sheamus spit it out? Foreshadowing! But yeah, kind of weird he is being pushed so fast but I'm kind of okay with it. Strike it while the iron is hot and controversial. I still have high hopes for Swagger in general.

I'm kind of thinking of it from a marketing type perspective and the spinner belt was a good company branding belt. New belt seems too plain but it still gets the point across. Basically they took out the gaudiness of the spinner belt. Well, some of it. But I think the reason I personally don't like it is that there doesn't seem to be a background/border design and there is too many white bling bling diamonds. I like the red diamonds as it isn't too dominant. But I would prefer it to be similar to the UFC title. Logo dominant with some design around it. But then again, market survey for kids might show this is the way to go. More I stare at it, more it looks like a championship ring, as Otunga mentioned in a tweet.
