I'm calling wave 62 now : Wanda/Pietro, Transforming Hulk / Hulkbuster , Vision with Ultron Drone and Proto Ultron as the variant.

It makes sense to double up on the Avengers for specialty waves since the lack of Fantastic Four movie mates leaves an extra slot open. Well I am assuming no FF mates are in the future thanks to professional shenanigans .

Thanks Zach, I was afraid that DST would just re release the IM3 armors in the blind bags.

I was just thinking of the possibility that any new Avenger omitted from this wave are being saved for the eventual Captain America : Civil War set.

I usually hate the blind bag business model but this works out for me. Knowing that it has 2 chase characters and a load of troop builders work for me. That's a guaranteed preordered case from BBTS for me. My only gripe is jacket Hawkeye for the variant, which could have been reserved for a lesser known character. Zack , will the Iron Legion be a retread of the IM3 line or new designs?

A comic DOFP set would be great. Just include an updated old Logan and Sentinel, young Kitty in her X uniform and maybe Kitty , Storm or Colossus from the future to round things off.

1973 Wolverine is the most expendable mate from this line up. We have enough civilian Logans as it is. If we lose future Rogue, anyone can kitbash her with the series 11 Rogue head ontop of an Age of X Magneto's body . I can't think of who the replacement mate would be since there are 127 characters in this thing.

You can use the football player from the upcoming Zombies vs. Plants line for NFL Superpro. That's what I'm going to do.

Of course they want us to buy multiples . I think it might back fire because many collectors may not want an army of Nebulas and Gamoras. If DST can make a two pack of the Chitauri work then they can do the same here.

The wave looks great, aside from buxom Drax . However, it would have been wiser to pair the Nova Cop with the Sakaaran soldier. It would make army building easier without buying multiple Gamoras and Nebulas .

Out of all of the Marvel movie tie ins at TRU, Avengers sold the best , at least in my area. I only found one lone Loki/Fury set in stores. This line didn't warm pegs like every other movie line. TRU would be crazy to pass up Age of Ultron

That's right, Jarvis becomes self aware, and is played by Paul Bettany. It would be awesome to get a Ruffalo Banner under the Hulk this time around. Just like the recent best of Marvel Hulks.

I'm calling the assortment layout now. For specialty stores : Iron Man/ Ultron, Cap/ Von Strucker, Thor/ Vision and Widow / Hawkeye. For TRU: Hulkbuster /Hulk, Wanda / Pietro as the exclusives with Thor/ Vision and Stark /Ultron to round it out.

I checked the TRU in North Bergen NJ this weekend for these and found pegwarmers and a fresh restock of wave 15. You read that correctly.

Has anyone found these in NJ yet? It has been a month since the wave was released and nothing in Jersey yet, This is strange because my local TRUs have been on the ball with new minimate releases.

My ideal pairings based on the polls would be Gray Hulk/Spiky Thing, Songbird / Black Knight, Baron Zemo with alternate Helmut Zemo mask/ Mandroid and Von Strucker as the variant.

Hi gang first time poster here. I voted for super Abomination and Zemo. The best way to sell Zemo is to package him with the army builder alternate parts so we can Heinrich and Helmet. The same army builder can be packaged with Von Strucker as the variant. Its a great way of getting 3 villains in one wave, series 50 or beyond.
