    I also approve of this new website restocking practice, and hope they continue it when Marvel Wave 13 hits.

    It does make me wonder when we're going to see this wave in stores, though.

    I wouldn't mind if minimates went more towards a TRU.com exclusive and not stores. My TRU was great with getting every assortment until they got so full of the common and nonexclusive versions that they haven't had anything new for minimates in 6 months. Calico Jack seemed to only sell to me and MAX wave 2 didn't sell to anyone else either, it appears. Both are still sitting on clearance.

    What TRU should do is place sets up for preorder a month or two weeks a head of time, sell out a set amount. Then allocate to stores and online. This way each set is guaranteed a certain amount of sales. I know if I could preorder I'd send all my business to their website instead of hoping my store stocks before going to the web.

    Updated 3/7/12 - #119: AVX - Bromance

    In celebration of Marvel's upcoming Avengers VS X-Men crossover, which looks to be the biggest event since Civil War, Minimate Theatre will be going Twice Weekly.

    Every Monday things will continue as normal but on Wednesdays we'll have a special AVX issues that will pit an X-Man vs an Avenger in the mighty minimate theatre tradition.

    Megacon 2012 Cosplay Photos

    Hey all, just finished all my articles for Megacon 2012 and it was amazing. If you have never been you need to as the con doubled in size this year and is amongst the most laid back and pleasant convention experience you can have.

    I wrote ton of articles for my site on it but I figured what you guys would want to see the most is all the costumes. So please enjoy, there was a surprising amount of attractive girls and even one dresse dup like skeletor.

    I'm not sure what I think of those. I would almost prefer block figures or sculpted 3 3/4" figures, not something in between. My initial reaction is that they look like Polly Pockets.

    Thank you, I knew they looked like something but couldn't put my figure on it, my initial thought was DC Pocket heroes.

    Finally getting the perfect Poison Ivy, who is possibly the most attractive female figure of all time.

    You're right, that head sculpt is beautiful. :wub:

    Also, IT'S NOT DC MINIMATES! I can't believe we're still having this conversation. :/

    I know it's not DC minimates, but that's what I would love.

    If I was betting I'd say it was Trek. It's the obvious choice, unless they came to a deal with KISS or one of the other musicians again.

    Personally I'd love to see Rocky brought back just for the Rocky 3 wave. I really wanted 2" Mr T and Hulk Hogan. :(

    Ugh it's been so hard waiting. sure we got teasers with the Amazing set and the WEalking Dead news but I need to see more. I really hope there is a surprise. The resurrected line is more than likely Trek but a part of me would love to see some New 52 DC minimates.

    I've been thinking it too but didn't want to jinx it. The time is ripe, and even though I'm not too crazy about most of the new 52, I'd love to get DC 'mates in just about any form.

    I have to agree, DST can get new designs out quicker than most companies, so I'm hoping they would resign with DC, since I'm sure WB wants as many of the new versions out there as possible. Honestly just the idea of a Animal Man & Swamp Thing 2 pack drives me wild.
