Wonderful group shot boyd. Fantastic work on the lanterns.

Nice work. I especially like the David Tennant and Christopher Ecclestone.

Wonderful artwork Serge...great talent. You should definitely enter the next multiverse contest.

Thanks for the feedback everyone.
I have been working on some commissions lately, but I have been able to finish some customs for myself also.
First up is my Betsy Braddock mod, inspired by youbastard's version. I sculpted over the arms for the sleeves and tacked a bead I got from ebay onto her head for her power signature. I have had a couple of attempts to sculpt her hair but at the minute she has FC Emma Frost hair. I have a bunch of butterfly beads if anyone wants one.
Next I made a Brotherhood Quicksilver. Head is Namor and the hair is from a movie Wolverine, I can't quite remember who it was originally suggested by though.
Viper uses a head from Polaris and hair from Dawn. The belt is from Ultimate Wolverine. I think the ink was running out in the printer as the decal colour match isn't that great, but I can live with it for the time being.
I started working on a set of Dark X-Men ages ago, but they have been sitting on my desk unfinished for ages. I finally managed to finish them....a few years out of date, but never mind.
Here is Dark Beast. I wanted to give him his sunglasses but I just can't track down the part. If anyone has a 24 Series 2 Jack Bauer hairpiece with the sunglasses attached, help would be much appreciated!
Weapon Omega's wrist gauntlets are from Indiemate Magdalena.
Daken has the same wrist gauntlets. I didn't have a spare Daken so his extra claws are sculpted and I had to draw on his tattoo.
Here is a shot of the finished group. The picture isn't great due to my camera...and it was difficult to get them all in. I have made some changes to my earlier customs too. Dagger has Starbuck hair and a new decal. Emma Frost has a chest piece from Little Red and I gave the others new chest decals.
I should have some custom commissions to share soon that are pretty different to my usual ones, the first non-comic customs I have made.
Thanks for looking as always.

Beautiful work. Really enjoying your Lanterns.

Really like that AoA Angel. Nice work!

Excellent show Bob, many thanks for putting this together. Thanks to all who voted Larfleeze and Spiral also!
Congratulations to all the participants, amazing work on show.
-
Great start to the show Bob. Congratulations to all!

Really nice work on Morbius, clever use of parts!

That chest decal is gorgeous. It doesn't even look like a decal. It looks like a factory tampo.
Thanks man. I have started using using DST-produced chest decals as a guide in Adobe. I copy a picture of the chest decal I need into Adobe and then trace parts of it. It has made making decals a whole lot easier for me. I have updated most of my previous customs with new chest decals now, should have some pictures to share at some point.

Stunning work on Kaine. Looking forward to your next piece already.

Loving the Alpha Flight customs. Sasquatch looks incredible!
-
That was amazing!!!

Great work on Namora. She looks great. Love that you've done Darkstar too.
I always had a pipe dream that we'd see a Soviet box set with DarkStar, Ursa Major, Red Guardian & Crimson Commando. At least we got one of em, hey.
This is a pipe dream I share. Maybe once we get Alpha Flight completed we can lobby for Soviet Super Soldiers/Winter Guard.
Thanks for the comments everyone, much appreciated.
And youbastards, I wish I had the parts and the time to make two of every custom. If any custom in particular catches your eye, let me know and I will do my best to help you out, be it decals, recipes or making one for you.

An incredible wave.....I have no interest in any movie mates so I wasn't expecting much to grab my interest this year. Then these came along. Time to retire some customs and cross off Longshot and Outback Colossus from my "to do" list. Happy days.

Hey everyone...
Well...it's been ages since I have been able to do any customs, but thankfully I have had some time off work and things have settled down a bit at home. I have finished 3 customs that I started almost a year ago, so here goes.
I made a Champions Iceman and Darkstar to go with the team. Iceman has Booster Gold face and some random hair. Darkstar has Witchblade hair, Shadowcat arms and 90s Jean shoulder piece.
Namora has been a bit of a labour but I am happy with how she turned out. Originally I used a Sand Saref chest piece but I scrapped it and made a decal. Her hair is heavily modified from Meggan, and she has a FC Emma face.
Thanks for looking as always.
Oh, and thanks to cut2thechase for the Donna Troy picture and to lastmaximal for posting my work in his thread.

Hi Psyguy, just checking in as we haven't seen any new customs from you lately. Hope all is well.
Hey yb...thanks for checking in on me.
Back in September I started a new role at work which has been taking up a lot of my spare time. Then a few weeks before Christmas we had an unexpected death in the family...so a lot of my weekends have been spent travelling back home to see my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews.
I haven't touched any customs since the beginning of December and I have a backlog of commissions to work through. Thankfully everyone has been really understanding and I am hoping to get back on the customs wagon in the next few weeks. Hope all is good with you also.

Sauron looks incredible. Really inventive use of parts, great work!

Latest batch are fantastic! Really like the Madame Masque, nice work on all the decals too.
-
Excellent work all round, but I love the X-Factor team! All of them are great but Wolfsbane stands out for me.
-
Your customs are so distinctive, I really like their style. Great photos too!
-
Damn man - they are VERY nice. I know nothing about the team really, but i'd happily buy them as a wave from DST. Really nice job. very very slick.
Thanks for the feedback everyone!
Pleased to have finished a team, seeing as have a couple of almost-finished teams I am finding it tricky to complete.
Nessex I am mainly an X-fan too, but I would highly recommend reading the Young Avengers from the beginning.

Thanks for the feedback everyone! I had a lot of fun finishing the Dark X-Men.
Here are a couple of commissions that I have managed to finish. Thanks to Hawkeye's Junk for giving me permission to post pictures.
AoA Dazzler has a modified 90's Jean hair piece coupled with a trimmed Spectre hood, with some sculpt.
Red Lantern Guy Gardner has a backwards Beyonder jacket (the back is sculpted to close the open collar), and slightly sculpted AoA Rogue sleeves. I am going to have a go at a face decal, or modify an existing head but wanted to post what I have so far.
Thanks for looking.
