Who would think we would ever get a barber? We can’t even get Data.

They won’t even float a TNG boxset. As much as I want more Star Trek Minimates, I don’t think it’s going to happen.

Try AVP:R if you get a chance. It's not the greatest thing ever, but it's better than AVP.  And the Predator in that one is awesome.

I was in no way trying to compare The Predator with any installment, entry or chapter in those franchises or give possibly false hope. Just that I can usually find enough good in the not so good. This new movie, in my opinion, is mindless garbage.

Add the general to that Huey set as well. I'd also like to see the original team as they appeared when they first dropped into the jungle. 

I can find the good in any entry in a franchise that I really enjoy, whether it's Star Wars, Star Trek or Predator. I wasn't expecting greatness, but I expected better. Much better.

On topic, can we get a Minimate sized Huey?  

Eh, probably not.

After seeing The Predator, I'll be positive and say I can't wait for Minimates from ANY other Predator movie.

Say we get more around the next big event. Will it be the captains again or will it be different characters?

Best just to expect nothing as I suspect that's what we'll get.

So when should these new sets start showing up? I know they're supposed to be spring sets, but is that more like late winter-early spring or late spring-early summer?

Now if they'd come up with some enemy forces. Zombies are fine, but kinda pointless to have a beach assault on them.

The problem with listening to the fans is that some fans scream "MORE TOS!" Then other fans yell, "NO TOS! TNG!", when others want both. Then other fans yell "No more Kirk!" when I would love a ST:III Kirk & Kruge pack. No matter what DST does some fans will feel like they are being ignored.

Taking time to do it right is one thing. Giving no indication that's what's happening is another. Instead of saying that another series is in the works, we're told it's "possible" which is just slightly better than being told "no".

DST makes an excellent product and I'm glad to support them. It's just frustrating because I really enjoy Trek Minimates and to see them come back for maybe one series with possibly no serious gains on new characters is aggravating.

I think this line has had it. . . .again. They should know by now if they're moving forward instead of "it's possible we could make more". Whatever.

My only concern would be that Data and Geordi are both in their yellow uniform so would look a little boring. How about mixing it up with a Riker figure and a Geordi head / hands? That way you could have red uniform Data, Geordi or Thomas Riker in 1 set. The customizing potential there would be great.

How about either Data or Geordi in their First Contact uniform? Buy two packs, switch the parts around and now you have them in both TV and movie uniforms.

I don't understand why they absolutely need TRU now when they produced five specialty series before with 0.0% help from them.

Well it can't be a complete failure if the decision hasn't been made yet.

If I want more characters, why do I get the feeling I'll be customizing them?

So I was just reading on icon heroes facebook page they now have the license for the Star Trek franchise, could this mean they are going to do some trek mates in the future???

It says it's for a line of desk accessories, but maybe they can help get more Minimates out there?
