We have another Rick on deck for Series 4 that is a must-have.

Tyreese will also go well with the Governor, if we ever make him. We'll make a non-BD version some day, we just figured people wouldnt want two Hershels.

No Axel planned yet, but never say never, as Chuck always says.

Egads, now we've been told no Axel, no Carl, no Governor for a while... When do we get these staple characters? More importantly, who will we get instead? I hope that means good things for the minor characters from the prison and earlier.

So we have Rick in his original uniform (with or without jacket), battle-damaged prison Rick, one-handed t-shirt Rick, and Riot Gear Rick. I could see us getting hospital gown Rick (post-coma!), prison jumpsuit w/o damage, shaggy-haired Rick, and a less damaged prison jumpsuit.

I hope we get hospital gown Rick with the Bicycle zombie.

Songbird and Zemo Jr are gonna look fantastic front and center with my other Thunderbolts.

So wave three has been revealed! We're getting the Character/Zombie format with the characters being Riot Gear Rick Grimes, Hershel, Dexter, and a beaten up Tyreese in his prison jumpsuit as Dexter's variant.

Seems like a strong wave to me. Getting another Rick isn't unexpected, but I'm left wondering how many variants of him we can still get at this point. Maybe one where his hair/beard are really shaggy. Since we're getting Dexter, anyone think we have a good shot at getting Andrew or Thomas? Axel seems like a given.

Finally got Lori and Morgan. Now I have a real band of survivors to pit against the zombies. I cannot wait for my wave 2 to arrive so that Micchonne, Andrea, and (maybe) Amy can join the living. Getting another 4-5 zombies will be nice too. :biggrin:

Now I just need to save up enough scratch to get myself the Amazon box set and wave 1 Dale (the one I missed by accident).

No Carl or Governor? Tyreese would seem like a given since we've seen him, but I hope we get more of the obscurer characters from the prison in these sets. We could get Dexter with Andrew as a variant or something like that. Axel is a must-have, and even Thomas would be cool.

Maybe this will be where we get Maggie, Hershel, and other folks from the farm?

And...my order got cancelled. And then the inventory went up to 13.

So I ordered them all to see if I might be able to get any. If it weren't so frustrating, this would be funny.

And now I can't get the one I was trying to order (dropped from my cart). If you do end up getting 13 of the Lori packs, would you mind helping a fellow out?

Huh. Might be time to pick up the Rhino pack and something else.

I think Punisher is just guessing based on which characters are important players and from early enough storylines. That's a pretty solid lineup; Maybe even too solid, knocking 4 of the more important characters out in one go. We can't skip classic favorites like Jim!

How long before we see characters like Abraham, do you guys think? Will DST try to finish early characters like Donna and Alan first, or just start making the big names?

I gave up trying to avoid spoilers with the WD comics. I read the hard back collected editions (because they look oh so good on my book shelf), so I don't get to read the WD but once a year...

I read the softcovers when they are released, but wait to purchase the hardcover volumes. I get to read the comics closer to when they come out, and I get nicer looking books for my collection.

I think I'm going to devote one bookshelf to the Walking Dead comics, dvds, and minimates. One little shrine to my favorite zombie continuity.

Well, the TV show is new and somewhat different, plus not always showing at the same time everywhere. The comics are out for quite a while before most spoilers get posted. You can't be a digest reader and expect no discussion of current issues. Get over it.

I dunno, it's not too much trouble for people to use spoiler tags when discussing stuff that hasn't been collected yet. Now I have the Nothing to Fear storyline partly spoiled for me after avoiding spoilers for months, even on websites that discuss the comics. Alas!

Oh well, it's worth it for everyone's helpful hints on where to get exclusives and such. :biggrin:

When they first showed on TRU.com I took the plunge despite not really knowing what /who I was buying . I always order the same amount whatever licence so there was little risk of buying the wrong sets & my conscience is crystal clear ......

.......until I placed my 2nd. speculative order,speculate as in "let's see if they'll take this?" .

Got my Shane/Punk Zombie pack in the mail from Toys R Us, so that's nice. Now I just need to figure out how to get Glenn.

Well, my order for Glenn was cancelled, but apparently Shane shipped. We'll see what happens.

Thanks for the tip on Glenn! Now to get Shane. After finishing season 2 of the show last week, I want Shane more than ever.

If anyone picks up extras of the exclusives to pass on to other members, I'm interested. I keep checking my local TRU, but I haven't seen any of this wave yet.

Anyone for "Atlas Through the Ages" ? - Power Man, Smuggler, Goliath, Atlas.

I'd buy that in a heartbeat. All I really want is Atlas, but I'd but the whole set just to get him.

More than that, I want to see a set with classic Thunderbolts. Include Fixer (with a removeable hairpiece), Atlas, Mach1/2 (with swappable armor pieces to give him different looks, maybe even include a head to reflect when he was black), and either Jolt or Citizen V.

So happy to see that Songbird and Zemo made it! The only way this wave could have been better for me is if we got T-Bolts Luke Cage too. As is, I'm thrilled to get two mroe founding members of the Thunderbolts. I don't know if we'll ever see Atlas, Fixer, or Mach 1-5, but I can hope.

I actaully got the Invisible Man in my black/white 2-packs. He's packaged behind the others, and he's easy to miss.
