All these people that say they no problem with movie minimates sure seem quick to jump in and say a comic version is good enough for them.

I’m right there with what NerdyTrev said.

My comment was due to the fact that I prefer comic Minimates (and classic versions at that), which is a niche that doesn’t happen as much as I’d like. So when it does, like series 77 I’m absolutely ecstatic.

That doesn’t mean I’m not sorry that there won’t be any moviemates for this flick because I am. While I won’t miss them personally, I know others will. Just because it doesn’t affect me doesn’t mean I’m callous of others feelings. When people get stuff made that they want, that’s great! Even if I don’t want it.

  2. I like a lot of the Avengers/Defenders War and Thanos War suggestions. But somehow if we don’t get Mantis, Swordsman, Rick Jones, Starlin Adam Warlock and a Captain Mar-Vell with a less clunky hairpiece I’mma be sad sad sad.

  3. Thanks! I’ve definetly been playing the long game with the Masterworks. Every one, same cover style. But then they changed the top of the spine ever-so slightly. Drove me mad. It took about a year but I finally “caught up” to the new releases. This was back in 2011 or so. Been getting them ever since. If I hadn’t, I’d absutely be doing the Epics. And as it is I have most of those as well just because I’m a completist nut!

Do you remember those Marvel Premiere Hardcovers with the different colored metallic spines? I’ve got all those too and feel like the Epics are the next version of them.

Haha if only it was that easy...

My only concern would be the accessories. If it were to be packaged like the Hall of Armor was, I don't see any being a possibility. Not even a measly fireball for Johnny, let alone phasing arms and legs for Suzie. However, I can see this being done like the ORIGINAL original 10-pack from way back in 2004.

    (Hail Ivan!)

Ample space for the characters and plenty of fun accessories.

True. The only other way around it would be to tape ‘em in little bags underneath the feet.

Heck, I don’t care! They just need to make ‘em!

Maybe skip Vision so we can save them for the Avengers/Defenders War wave!

    Silver Surfer / Vision

    Swordsman / Mantis

    Iron Man / Doctor Strange

    Classic Loki / Valkyrie

    BaF: Classic Dormammu

This way we can have Scarlet Witch paired with, perhaps the Skrull Emperor Dorrek.

Yesssss! Vision could have solid and intangible parts too!

I concede and gleefully accept those changes. The Gerry Conway era of FF is my second favorite so I love how this adheres to all of that gloriousness.

Me too! It’s got just enough Kirby/Lee in there and just enough Conway. Thanks for the original line-up that I worked from  you did all the work!

Being in the money men. Let’s get this thing in production!

    FF Friends and Foes

Gimme gimme. Hot damn gimme. BUT a few changes to the FF line-up which will become clear will the other 2 boxed sets after it. She-Thing was omitted because this set feels much more 1960’s into the 1970’s and she didn’t even show up as Ms. Marvel until ‘85.
