  1. His comments about playing Wolverine in the future have been back and forth between "one more time" and "I'll do it forever."

I find these things often need to be taken with a grain of salt. He's only contracted for two more movies, so technically, as of right now, it will be "the last time." But he'd like to play the character for as long as he can if the money is right.

  2. That doesn't answer my question....

When TRU first sold Minimates, they were in packs where you knew what all of the figures were -- except for ONE. There were both Spidey and Ultimate X-Men themed box sets.

  3. I think blind boxes.

    Like bags... but in boxes.

So worse than blind bags :/

But it will only be half-blind. A two pack with Spider-Man and a Mystery Figure!

Will you get Iron Man with your Spider-Man? Or the super rare one-per-pallet gold Molten Man?

  4. I wish I could tell everyone what I know, but to be honest, I know little more than you guys. I DO know what it is NOT and therefore, no one should start planning out waves for animated DC minimates.

You just had to leave in the word "animated", didn't you?

i wasn't the only one who noticed that >=)

Right; but I think we noticed for completely different reasons.

    why did you notice?

Because using that word he left the door open for people to remain excited about non-animated DC minimates. Which means more comments and more pages of wild theories and speculation. At this point I would rather be reading about factual news. I was hoping he would close the DC door completely.

He'd be excited by Human Centipede Minimates if he thought it would help his company.

I'm pretty sure we would all be excited about Human Centipede Minimates no matter what.

I'm excited about Human Centipede Minimate license...at last a license with legs !

I still think it would be a hard one to swallow.

Why would you need new branded minimates for this? Surely it would be funnier to use the minimates that are already in your collection?

  6. An active TV license? Im saying Gotham. Its has the draw of batman, even though batman isnt in it. If it IS Gotham, then I can see this segwaying into more DCTV mates. As for the SDCC 2 pack? Gordon and Bullock or Alfred and Bruce.

If it were Gotham mates, it would be just our luck to finally get a new DC property that didn't feature any f****** superheroes!

Normal people in suits are boring "action" figures.

We've gotten plenty of plain boxsets that have done well.

    Doesn't mean they aren't boring.

  8. Do you have a daughter, SCW? Because I do, and you could slap Frozen on ANYTHING and she'd want it. Back me up here, dads.

Frozen Minimates would do just fine, thanks. Heck, the Lego set sold out immediately. Most importanly, though, Frozen would be a great way for DST to break into the girls market and prove that they are more then just a boys' toys company.

    Backing you up.

Besides, she wouldn't have to see them. I'd buy them for her!
