I recieve Tranformation Spider-Man yesterday. Thanks to both Shanester and Limited Edition for the Free Comic Book Day minimate.

With this whole Invasion I heard that Captain America was a Skrull with amnesia and actually thought he was him. And Mary Jane is one too that's why they did the whole marriage story line. A man can dream can't he?

Good stuff my friend! I did alot of my stuff with MS Paint (makes em look like crap I know) and a few in pencil/photo (prototypes) but that was the old board and can't find them. On another note point where did that Dr Doom and Iron Man come from?

Been throwing an email back and forth with AFX so now on to the juicy stuff!

Yes you are correct. You would get two Web Armor Spider Man minimates if you purchase two Defenders minimates.

Actually I had a friend die a few years ago due to an OD that I didn't directly cause but I contributed to. I have to live with that everyday when I see or hear from his wife. I'm just thinking of the lives Heath Ledger (the man, not the actor) will impact with this tragedy.

Kind of a funny story and thought I would share it. I received my box of 2 of the Zombies and 2 of the Defenders a couple of weeks ago. I opened one of the Defenders wondering all day if I should take them out of their plastic prison. Finally my wife looks at me and said "Did you at least buy them dinner and a movie?"

I was kinda hoping I was being "Roy Rolled". Very sad news indeed. When I first heard of Heath Ledger playing the Joker I was like i'm not sure about that but I thought after seeing the trailer boy was I wrong! My thoughts and prayers go out to his friends and family.

This thread made me think of all the nice "gifts" we got this summer and 2 upcoming waves of mates we've been practically begging for. I for one hope to keeping seeing Marvel Minimates for some time to come.

That would rock my friend. I have all the legos back in Ok City so I can't compare them but i was guessing 2 blocks stacked would equal 1 inch roughly.

Could anyone do me a favor and stack up 7 bricks (prefer the square ones) to a minimate and take a picture for me? I'm comparing the sizes before I order some legos. In case anyone is interested in what i'm thinking.

I'm all about Marvel Comics....yea from the mid 90's back. I know alot of folks are all about the Ultimate Universe but I want to know what happened to the comics I used to love so much.

I'd say there alot I love but my favorite to this date is Preview Spiderman 3 red/blue. I blame Silver Surfer for making me this way though.

I just got my packs of Zombies and Defenders without Web Armor Spiderman. I just sent an email to afx so hopefully it can be fixed. I'll keep everyone up to date.

I was a security guard but since the eviction and move i'm unemployed.(and 1,600 miles between me and my mates)

I also see i've missed a few new mates making it to the public too. Let's see if I can catch up.
