Today the review is a monster - figuratively and literally - the Target exclusive Star Wars Unleashed Battle Rancor with Felucian Rider. You can find the review here.

Writing these reviews has been a little bit healthy for me because it has made me realize how many toys I am really buying and it is a disgusting amount.
Now is time for DST's Stargate Atlantis Series 2 figures. You can find the review here.

Today I am getting back to my toy collecting roots with a review of the Hasbro GI Joe Cobra Viper & HISS Driver action figures. You can jump right to the review here.

Back to back Star Trek reviews. This review is for the Diamond Select Toys Star Trek Capt Picard with Command Chair.

Sorry for the delay in a new review. I got distracted with Emerald City ComiCon stuff. If you are ever in the Seattle area this time of the year, it is a worthwhile local comic show to go to. And now on to my latest review - a Diamond Select Toys Star Trek Original Series Communicator - here.

FYI, that SW Mighty Muggs is Commander Gree - not Greedo.
Clone commanders trump green aliens any day for the fan boy hordes.

Oh great, I'm going to have to wait in Hasbro's line this year. I've never tried to get a Hasbro exclusive before, is the line as bad it looks?
Worse - and that's no joke.
One of the Joe exclusives has been announced.
First off thank you for helping make the SDCC Destro a success last year; what a way to kick off the 25th anniversary! The fans have really been behind us over the past year for the 25th and the team wanted to do something special for ComicCon again to reward the fans who have stuck with us and supported us over the year. If you thought 2007 was great with new figures, just wait until we start getting into vehicles in 2008!Rather than just tell you (and the community) the 2008 SDCC Exclusive…we decided to have some fun and put together a short video announcing the item. We will go live at 3:30 this afternoon on GI Joe.com. Please spread the word and enjoy.
Thank you for your continual support, passion, and not breaking my ComicCon Exclusives until I was ready to show them J
To answer the most common questions; Yes we are making more than last year’s Destro, No I cannot tell you how many, Yes there is a variant, Yes there is an allotment to be sold on HTS.com for folks who cannot go to the con, Yes it comes in a protective case, Yes I have a second exclusive which we will be debuting with the club over the next week.
Last year GI Joe kicked off the 25th anniversary with a Destro exclusive that rocked San Diego ComicCon to its core. This year Cobra is sending Cobra Commander himself to meet the masses. Inspired by the comic, this exclusive Cobra Commander in suit and tie comes with a podium and microphone and is enclosed in a protective collector case.Like Destro, this year's figure will also feature a second version of Cobra Commander in his Blue "Springfield Country Club" Blazer.

There are going to be two yet to be named GI Joe exclusives from Hasbro. Only one with be 3 3/4" related however. That is all I know so far.

I still had to scroll a lot for that one, and I have a fairly large resolution set.
Really? The revised one with the grey background?
I am at work now and this monitor is set at 1024 x 768 which is only one bump over 800x600 and I only need to scroll over about four letters on average for the lines of text.
I am confused if you have high resolution you would need to scroll a lot.

Yeah, those Godzilla ones were way too big. I am trying to find the balance of size but still see what you are looking at.
Right now the pictures are all centered justified, maybe I should switch them back to left justified.
I also have a hard time remembering that I am on a widescreen monitor at home and not everyone else is.
-
It's not a problem.
How should I format the text?

Do you need a Hulk toy that can fit into your GI Joe collection in order to smash puny Cobra? I sure did. You can read my review on the Hasbro Incredible Hulk movie steel beam Hulk figure here.

Here you go - another one. I don't have the review process perfected yet but I think I am getting a little better with each one. I hope you like it. Indiana Jones Kenner Convoy Truck & Hasbro Convoy Truck Comparison & Review

I am reviewing my first mini bust - Gentle Giant's Star Wars Admiral Ackbar. You can read my review here.

The latest toy review is a DC Direct Jack Kirby's New Gods Darkseid figure. You can read my review here.

I am going to attempt to regularly review some of the toys that I buy for myself on my site.
First up is the deluxe Indiana Jones figures from Hasbro.
The next item I am reviewing is a Ban Dai Yuji Sakai's Concept Works "Ka-Ma-E" 1995 Burning Godzilla. You can read my review here.
I hope these will interest some of you.
Enjoy!

I found out they are all like mine. I was led to believe that mine might be different than others but I guess not.
Thanks!
-
Thanks but his are sealed and I don't want to ask him to have to open one up.

Does anyone have this Art Asylum Cylon bust?
If so, does the bottom of the bust look like this?
Thanks!

The Hummer and humans from the Hulk movie line are direct re-use of the GI Joe DTC line.
My memory is a bit foggy since Toy Fair but I think most of the figures are based off these Joes:

http://www.yojoe.com/action/06/grandslam3.shtml
I might be wrong and won't know exactly what Joe bodies they used until I see some better pictures or have them in hand.
The Hummer is built off this one

The Hulk Legends line is not Joe based though and it is a true Legends scale line - just in case I confused anyone.
-
What I love about the Hulk movie toys is they are in scale to GI Joe - heck they re-use some Joe items for the line. I love cross line compatibility!
HULK SMASH COBRA!!!!

I would be all over SG-1 or Atlantis minis. I think they would sell at least as good as the BSG ones.
