I just thought of something, how cool would mutagen version of the OT turtles be? I hope we get a 3rd OT wave so there's at least one set of turtle variants.

I think it's cool that wer're getting the FW mates because now we can recreate that cross over episode with Nick and Mirage.

I feel like if all the space stuff was contained to one wave the line would've done better. We could've easily gotten a wave of All 4 space turtles, Fugitoid, Space April and Casey, Mozar, and Bishop for series 4 And then next wave could've been a more normal wave. The space waves probably didn't do as well as the space arc ended months before these mates were even released, while characters like Shredders henchmen were more prevalent than the space characters. And the space episodes weren't the best, even leading to me wanting to avoid them for a while.

I'm just throwing this out there, but they might move sets to casual collectors/current fans if you could get all four Turtles in only two sets instead of having to buy all four sets.  Also, they would probably move more sets to hardcore collectors if army builders like Kraang or Foot Soldiers were paired together.  I

 

know they probably have their own way that they like to do it but here's how I would've done the pairings for Retro Series 1 & 2

Wow, I wish my TRU had that much. When I got back into this line there were only 3 figures left.

I wonder if DST will sculpt larger feet for some of the characters, it might seem off if they don't. 

Nintendo minimates would be a dream, I know it's impossible but if there was a World of Nintendo or Smash Bros line, I would freak out.

I love that we'll get organization 13 mates, hopefully we can get Roxas in his organization 13 outfit with the dual wielding key blades.

This mini figure might give us an idea of what to expect for the Sora minimate.

Yeah, I agree. I feel the Nick line could have used more mutant henchman, Bebop and Rocksteady were some of the best mates in the line.

I'm assuming this was just a line announcement and nothing will be shown at toy fair, right?

Any idea when we'll see the Kingdom Heartd minimates?

I think Splinter looks off because he lacks his mustache and his teeth, maybe they'll fix that issue before release. The others look fine to me.

The first thought I had about KH minimates is that I wonder if they'll make bigger feet for the characters.

Wow the rest of the mates look great, hopefully we can get a wave 3 (8?) with undercover turtles, and some more characters such as Leather Head, Rat King, Slash, and Krang with his bubble walk. Any idea when they'll be released?

That's really disappointing, there was still so many great Nick characters to do. I'm bummed that we never got a Tiger Claw, Dog Pound, Rahzar, Xever, Fish Face, Stockman Fly and Leather Head.

That's a bit of a bummer but at least we get two waves, I hope this doesn't interfere with the Nick line too much.

While I agree about the quality of the 80's cartoon, I still think the minimates are very impressive.

I hope this isn't series 6, there's still so much to do with the nick show. And there's only seven figures so I doubt this is all the figures in this wave, there's always been at least 4 turtles per wave.

Yeah, the original cartoon isn't the best version of the turtles and I'd much rather have more mirage mates but I'm still excited for these. I only wish Mirage got the full wave treatment, but at least there's a mold for Shredders helmet if they want to make more Mirage mates.

We're getting original cartoon mates! Hopefully there's more a Raphael, Michealangelo , and Rocksteady in this wave too

They could do the red ninjas that karai uses, and that appeared in the past.

That's awesome, I hope we get some season 5 characters in one of those waves.

Looks like there wont be a series 6 announcement at toy fair unless they just forgot  to mention or ommited TMNT in the previews.
