Really? I think my computer may have caught the same thing. It's been acting extremely slow and I go on that site all the time. I was wondering what was wrong. That's weird, because that forum never used to do anything like that before.

Yep if you sign up for the newsletter, they'll email you confirming you're on their list, then minutes later they send a "welcome" email with the code. Then just add the code at checkout.

And they've got Agent Zero putting out fires!
I guess this is the Minimate Alternate Universe where we have more fires than violent crime.
It also looks like IM2 Rhodey is undercover as well.

Which reused hairpiece does Reed have? I can't tell from the angle in the box and the photo on the back of the pack (Lee Adama) is not the one on the actual mate. What do y'all think?

Just wondering, but would any of you happen to know where there are some decent pics of the AoA sets? I can't seem to find a good picture of the actual Apocalypse mate or the Dark Beast.

That is an excellent photo of Hulkbuster on top of the Hulk. I love the pose and the little gleams on him. You almost make me want to try and track one down.

I absolutely loved this movie as well. I've seen it twice now and thought the ending was perfect!
Anyway, in regards to Boo, I think that girl is her. In my second viewing, I noticed that if you watch her in that scene she has one of the toys in her hand scare the other one by saying, "Boo!" It almost has to be her. In fact, I think in the picture posted, she is saying boo right there.

Apparently it has something to do with the actual Monaco racetrack pitcrew jumpsuit. They were not allowed to reproduce that color orange in the merchandise for some reason. ???

Haha, definitely agree with the the last 30 seconds- that was odd. But also, I too have not been impressed with one of their finales in a long time. Instead of an "Are you kidding? That was ridiculous", feeling it was more of a, "What? No, it can't end there." And how about that opening? That was really neat. A surprisingly decent end to a bizarre and messy season.
I must say, though, the previous episode with
the Red Queen reveal
actually managed to top the dumbest things the show has ever done. Sorry but that was just too much.

First, a few quick customs-
Pilot Bill from Season 4
CAG Lee and fat Commander Lee of the Pegasus. It's funny I had a Lee whose face was printed too high and though it would make a great fat Lee so there he is.

Next, quick customs with slight modifications-
'Daybreak' greenies of Bill, Lee, and Kara
Doc Cottle in uniform made from TRU Tigh body since he didn't have the wings.
Chief in tanktops made from Cottle's body.
Season 4 Roslin with straigh hair wig
Bill, Kara, Lee, and Tigh in dress uniforms.
Bill and Tigh needed brown piping and they all recived stripes on the sides of their pants.
Natalie from Season 4
And lastly, the bigger deal customs-
Bill and Laura from New Caprica. Laura is movie Jean Grey with added/changed facial details.
Racetrack made from an altered Admiral Cain face.
And my favorite, Romo Lampkin as seen in Daybreak. His head started out from Andre Drazen of 24.
And here he is joined by President Lee.

The custom bug has finally bit me again.
I'll be posting quite a few BSG customs here over the next couple weeks. But first, a music 'mate, my custom Eddie Vedder of the band Pearl Jam:
He started with movie Gambit's hair and movie Wolverine's head and body. I repainted his eyes, changed his face a bit, added to his beard, and repainted his pants and T-shirt.
