All this got me extremely excited for the minimates brand in general

i saw a lot of non minimate collectors getting into those mass effect gamestop mates. it's great to see the brand branching out

Between Mass Effect and Tmnt, those were what originally brought me into minimates. They reminded me of how awesome Megos were back in the day. The minimate brand feels like an authentic attempt to bring back the mego industry and I am 100% for that! Love minimates lol

I recently was listening to the ost for ape escape 3 and it reminded me how much I love this game. I love pounding those pesky monkies with weird nerf bat hybrids lol what was your favorite ape escape game?

It would be pretty awesome to at least get a set of all the Doctors

I just hope that Tru orders more than one set. My local tru is terrible for not ordering anything that you would ever want besides Playmates merchandise.

They were game pieces from the now defunct kaiju game Monsterpocalypse.

Well unlike most people I never got to see the movie until I was about 20 and I think its enjoyable but I have seen plenty of other movies I would rate higher. American cults films are great but I think Japanese cult films have more thought into them. Oh and look up Jesus Christ the Vampire Hunter. That was one hilarious cult film that we made.

I would love to see them do a Square enix line up. Final fantasy, chrono trigger, Valkyrie profile, Kingdom hearts, etc. That would make a very pretty penny in the US and in Japan. They could even make them gashapans there.

Believe it or not, the Be@rbricks seem to be a bigger draw than the Kubs in Asia. Kubricks are either done, or have been on an extended hiatus for awhile now, while Be@rbricks still get churned out all the time. They all use the same basic mold, so there is a kind of appeal to that, even though I don't like them personally.

I do not know why but that bearbrick thing just disappoints me so much lol guess it reminds me of funko pop toys to much
