I'm sure, given the aftermarket for the other Avengers sets. I mean, for characters who are "Staples" it's not often that an old set retails for $20 or above after just two years.... but all of those do. Honestly, almost all of the MCU film lines are that way, now... making it that much more annoying to be a guy looking for a loose MCU Falcon. My LCS was swimming in that set last year, but not now.Good points. I'd be curious to know if the production run on this first assortment was larger than the previous Avengers wave.
I actually just found one at my LCs for 9.99, I grabbed it, if I go back, and there is a second, I'll try and grab it
Dude that'd be amazing. Please let me know if that happens. I'd really appreciate it.

For an assortment made up of largely repeat characters, this series blew through my LCS in no time. It seems to be doing well at TRU, too.
I guess that's the argument for revisiting popular characters in recognizable costumes, just like "Best of."
They're still new costumes, though, even if they're largely the same as previous versions. (The Mark 43 is obviously the worst offender, along with Thor, that are entirely repaints.) And for people who missed the Avengers wave, the Age of Ultron Wave is definitely a big pull in. I think they figured this would be the case, which is why it's in two waves. I missed the entire first Avengers wave myself, so I'm glad I have a case coming from BBTS, since I have the twins from TRU already.

I could be wrong but I could have sworn they even showed the gray version in a trailer for a split second, I wonder how last minute this decision was made.
It's possible, given that there is going to be (Or is) a Gray Funko Pop Hulk from AoU. It's a shame to me, Gray Hulk is my favorite version but I can kind of get why they wouldn't do it. Casual fans know Green Hulk and that's it.

EDIT: Seems the problem has fixed itself.

Mm, let's see. Not counting Spider-Gwen, who I know we're getting my top ten would be...
1. Marvel Now! Rogue.
2. Comic style Star Lord (Blue uniform with his "classic" helmet)
3. Silk (Preferably her current costume, the web costume was lame)
4. Kaine (Scarlet Spider)
5. Spider-Man Noir
6. Future Foundation Sue (I have the four pack, I'd like to have Sue in that uniform NOT 'invisible')
7. Darkhawk
8. Updated Johnny Blaze Ghost Rider
9. Jackal (Classic and extreme 90s versions would both be cool)
10. New Black Cat, I like her new design even if she's kind of not great right now.

Earth's Mightiest Heroes Ms. Marvel would be my ultimate vote. Her design was absolutely perfect. It helped she was voiced by Jennifer Hale to make her more awesome, but still the design was amazing.

Thanks for the warm welcome, folks. Look forward to sticking around, and hopefully nabbing some new 'mates in the process.

So, wandered here through instagram. Wanted to introduce myself, and all that jazz. Been a collector for 6 years, mostly Marvel (with a few DC, Video Game, and misc. stuff in between.) Mostly here in hopes of being able to buy loose figures, I guess? Haha.
Hey
in Please allow me to introduce myself...
