No blanks either!

Can't they just release a line without variants? Man I'm tired of tracking these down. Hopefully my shop puts some a way for me.
I really wonder about this, too AJL. Remember back in the day when there wasn't shortpacking or variants. You went to the store and bought your figure or ordered it from the catalogue and that was that. I guess its all the child of "collecting".
I sent you the link Fujis.

Good to see you bro

I just sent you a link. Its a good company in Canada. I have dealt with them a few times and they are great.
Good luck if you decide to get one.
-
Did you guys know there are variants to this line? An unmasked Capn A, an unmasked Wolvie and a gold Iron Man. I just saw them in a newsletter from a shop I frequent.
-
Sorry Ady, but you knew we were a ferocious throng before you invited in. If I can help, just say the word.
-
You guys should see MiniVenom's Lego mini fig collection. It's been labeled the 9th wonder of the world...
-
I have no Silver or gold spidey. I have all other figures both loose and in packaging as well as all packaging variations that I am aware of.
My biggest want right now is the mini-mate display with figures on the front. I trade big for that.

Looking around my office:
Anything Incredible Hulk
GI Joe Adventure Team
A select few Action Man
Mego World's Greatest Superheros
Mego Planet of the Apes
Mego Mad Monsters
Bowen, DST, & DC Direct Superhero busts & stautes (mostly busts)
Small collection of Darth Vader, Boba Fett & Stormtrooper figures & busts
ML BAF's (just a few)
Marvel, LOTR, & DC Mini-Mates
Empty Guinness & Murphys cans (trash really, but I have many)

Good to see you pal. Long time no chat.

Welcome to the group. Custom work is always appreciated in this forum.
-
I order them from a few sources by the case. I have been into them since wave 1, so its not been a struggle to catch up.
-
Lets try to keep it to one sig. To many make me angry. You wouldn't like me when I'm angry. (I use every chance I can get to type that line)
Oh, and welcome!!

For this lot it'd be worth it. You guys know I live in the Ukraine, right?
Ha! Ady, your parcel has left the US, as well. My shelves are nearly bare again... :o

Web of Spiderman #70

He found his origins in Web of Spiderman when Hulk's power was accidentally (and temporarily) transferred to Spidey. Let me see if I can track down the exact issue.
-
I might just take you up on that offer, Shane. But paying for shipping twice could get a little expensive...
You are right, but I don't charge handling.
Sometimes, you gotta do, what you gotta do to get that elusive mini.
However Fujis, you should have a lot less to hunt for in a couple more days pal. Let me know when that day arrives.

I found it at Wal-mart last night. They had just put out the latest wave and had them all I think. I can go back if need be.
He is an incredibly (pun intended) detailed figure and scaled perfect IMO. He is an instant favorite.
No exclusive Giant Man MLs, but this was a nice consolation...
-
Just remember guys, anything can be sent to the Shanester place and forwarded. I don't mind. There has been a time or two I thought I was going to need help from someone in the UK, but so far so good.
I definitely needed help on my prized Lead Hulk figure. I think Ady scored that one for me.
-
I picked this figure up last night. I love it. Talk about the best of both worlds...
-
Hi folks! I really wanted one of the Darth Vader flame variant bust-ups that were exclusive to Wizard World Philly. I didn't get one.
Well, after speaking with a Gentle Giant rep, it was confirmed that they will be available at SDCC. I WILL be there, so I WILL get one. If anyone else needs one, let me know.

I used to find Bruce Lee minis on Ebay about once a week. Then maybe about twice a month. I haven't seen a Bruce Lee mini in quite a while now.
Same goes for blanks and CTHD minis. They are drying up quick.
-
Maybe we can talk to those guys at SDCC and see what kind of help we can get.
-
The ECCC mates are the most unique. I love my Bomber-mate, but since they were so limited, its hardly fair to consider them with the many promos.
How about it Tim, ready for the Multiverse "cube-mate"?
Also, I would like to add that I think the Red Cross minimate looks very good. Nice color contrast.
Going to SDCC?

I would love to get a meet-up or two going. Before, during, after (for beers), its all good.
