Navaan Posted July 27, 2025 Author Posted July 27, 2025 Riccon Shey One of Steelbloom's inner gang, Riccon Shey (it's his real name, honest!*) is a gruustoi, short, green, big headed troublemakers often more annoying and excessive than violent on their own. Agile and 'springy,' they are often mechanics and manual laborers to counter their high energy and their need for stimuli. Riccon, however, is a bad egg among stale eggs, and is an arrogant, even egotistical force of chaos, who uses dual 'remote detonated bounce grenade' launchers and two dual pistols. Arrogantly and falsely believing himself to be Nayt's dual gunslinger equal and forever rival, his death is one of my favorites should I be able to get the books actually written. ^-^ Two grenade launchers, the Walking Dead Hunter's vest over a Days of Future Past chest piece, holsters for the thighs and two sci-fi blasters, with Pathfinder goblin head, legs and arms. Navaan Posted July 27, 2025 Author Posted July 27, 2025 The Twistus Twins, Jallen (left) and Jollon (right) Two more of Steelbloom's crew, the Twistus Twins were a pair of bank robbers, heistmen and thieves. A pair of twins so in synch, they were able to read and react to each other as if of one mind even before cybernetic links and enhancements. Jallen, the more assertive brother, would be the clear assertive leader of the two, and his more vain and vicious tendencies would turn Jollon more compassionate and less violet than his brother. After being injured during their capers, Jallen would even disfigure Jollon so they would 'continue to match,' burning and damaging Jollon's face and replacing a hand in a growingly abusive relationship that would end up being the former's downfall. The pair were made with a arsonist scavenger head and a hunter Chris head from Tomb Raider and Walking Dead, respectively, with two dual pistol belts, two Future Wolverine bodies, and two matching Domino and Endoskeleton hands, with then matching guns added to complete the pair of 'psychic commando robber brothers.' elhonez Posted July 27, 2025 Posted July 27, 2025 I don't think I've shared enough praise of your work and creativity @Navaan. These designs all feel "complete" and well-thought out, and I love your creative use of parts. Nameless is inspiring! Quote

Captain Paco Posted August 13, 2025 Posted August 13, 2025 I like your story and the mates you made to identify the characters are nicely done. I was curious if this is an actual tale or if you made all this up. Either way I am hoping to see more of your work! Quote

I am working on books, but ADHD and new ideas always distract me from finishing any of them. I use a lot of these stories and ideas for campaigns as a Dungeon Master for various RPGs with people, including an MMO RP group I run with, like, 300 people, so I am not really hurting for outlets for the characters and stories. Navaan Posted August 16, 2025 Author Posted August 16, 2025 Cayen Vrae One of Nameless' assassins, the cyborg killer, Cayen Vrae understands she is a trope, but why should she care when she looks this good? Agile, swift, deadly, and telekinetic enough to add to her danger, she enjoys the use of blades so she can have... 'heart to hearts' with her targets. Sher is a Dawn minimate with some added accessories like Lady Death's sword, and I think a knife from Star Trek with a Winter Soldier leg peg. The cyborg parts come from an Endoskeleton, and her hair from the Amazing Spider-Man Gwen Stacy figures. Quote
Navaan Posted August 16, 2025 Author Posted August 16, 2025 (edited) Buschwaann Another enforcer to Nameless, Buschwaann is a one man army. A veteran of the Great Exchange, a war that reshaped the balance of galactic governments, the man found the only way to avoid his demons is to be one. A rare ithiid, a slightly insectile humanoid race with skin over carapace and chitin that makes them exceptionally hardy, their seemingly blank eyes are actually exceptionally compound, allowing them to see in different focuses, concentrated telescopic vision, and infrared. With Nameless supplying him with an advanced rebreather helmet and weapons stolen as banned prototypes from different governments, and his natural abilities, he is a dangerous force in any fire fight. Various BG3 pilot stuffs, old Batman arms, and New Goblin bits over a Darkstalkers Dimitri head. Edited August 16, 2025 by Navaan Quote
Navaan Posted August 16, 2025 Author Posted August 16, 2025 Aurora, the Arch-Mage A treasure hunter, rival and 'frienemy' to the heroes, Aurora is a rich girl who enjoyed the pursuit of things not hers more than anything she could buy. Originally sated with stealing from other wealthy waifs and supposed nobles, she would instead drift to treasure hunting. While her own skills with magic are acceptable, at best, her method of attaching spells to her arrows and enchanted bullets leaves her a walking, seductive, lithe magic artillery, with elements, fireballs and even brief tsunamis delivered on the shaft of an arrow. Though greedy and somewhat ruthless during treasure hunts, she is not bloodthirsty, and is known to drop her absolutely competitive obsessions when innocent people or a (MUCH) greater good are in peril. She is a pair of arms I legit cannot recall, plus a head that I further can't recall, but felt captured her level of BS. She has the MvC Jill head and hair, the latter painted, with two BSG blasters in a Rosita belt form Walking Dead, with Hawkeye webgear and arrow, but I may change up the webgear, it feels a bit much and excessive. Navaan Posted May 13 Author Posted May 13 Well, I have not done this, for a while! Morniss Trayya Beautiful. Graceful. Vicious. Vile. Morniss Trayya is a mercenary and slaver who holds her pinky up when she drinks her rum. Culpable of crimes that are unforgivable- murder, assault, kidnapping, and things too savage to list here, and yet? A survivor. A victim turned monster and master. Morniss Trayya was a mercenary who aided Phanrex's circle, even if she was never part of his cadre. But his coin was good. A 'woman of a certain kind of honor,' Morniss is odd. While she will wipe out a neighborhood without a second thought if it was them or her, she never hurts someone for the hell of it, and she can actually be shown to aid people she finds amusing, attractive, or even just having 'promise.' Meanwhile, she would take what she wanted, as 'laws are nothing more than lies people tell themselves while they reload or wait for eyes to look elsewhere.' At one point, Morniss sold out the leadership of a large company that hired her as a mercenary, using the chaos of their failures to take over, herself. From there, she was mostly 'straight' until her efforts and own failures got her back on the run as a criminal, and back to the slaver group she originated from... once as a slave. Abused and used as a token by her mother, given to slavers and used and abused by them, it was violence and will that got the eye of the slaving clan, and it was that eye that got her training and safety; a monster of necessity. Back with the slavers that abused and molded her, Morniss secretly worked from within to guide the heroes into destroying the same clan, up until Morniss killed their leader and turned herself in, knowing there were no other routes to her. At least she got revenge... and was able to angle for a gilded cell... One of the most complicated characters I have ever created. I have used her for my Dungeons and Dragons-ish game/story with friends, and people either want to redeem her and protect her, or kill her and throw her body off a cliff... A sertilian like Phanrex (lizardy like folks), she was made with a Gamora chest and arms, with weapons and gear for her merc work cobbled together, and a datapad from Star Trek as she was an 'honorable business woman.' I forget the hair, but it came from a few figures, maybe one of X-23 figures, I think? Cannot recall the leather legs' origin. I may go back and add her tails, they are suppose to have tails in my lore, now. Quote
Navaan Posted May 13 Author Posted May 13 Pure 'Life is perfection... but you... you are not worthy of it. And you... are not really alive." Once a crazed serial killer, known as the Reclaimer, the man who would become the cult leader Pure was a natural Innerlit, psychic adventurers attuned to the Eversong, the invisible current of the galaxy. Corrupted and broken, he believed that there was sickness and danger within the people of the galaxy, and he had to pull it out of them; this was always a fatal process, but in death, they died 'pure.' Eventually garnering a cult that meshed with an alchemy company's own cyborg-focused agenda, Pure would come to believe that the only true life (while living) was the Gravin, the race he hailed from, and that all other life was a mere imitation. His efforts for genocidal attacks and mad propaganda would be first hindered when his lower half was cut off by an emergency window shutter aboard a starship. Surviving and becoming a cyborg, he was both humbled yet more determined, his views and narcissism born from his inferiority issues instead turned him to believe the Rawtin were the ultimate life. Naturally telekinetic, he wields two axe-staves that can be combined, but his latent powers create a debris field around him that acts as a shield. The figure was a random gray head from Sin City, with the Chrome Dome helm from TMNT. His chest is from Days of X Magneto, I think, and his legs are Cylon legs. ... I realize I need to paint his fingers, now. The Gravin have off-white to gray skintones... Quote

My immediate guess is that it could be the hosting site, Imgur. I think I recall them having issues with UK/Europe/England/etc. so that could be the issue. I plan to consolidate and delete these old threads, redo a big one for all my stuff rather than the two 'themed' threads (excitement, I was thinking organizational, and not centralizing/space), I will try to use a different hosting method. Navaan Posted May 29 Author Posted May 29 (edited) @buttheadsmate and other folks across the world, are these coming through? I was using Imgur, but trying something different. My Serpent Society will be my testing shots for a new image host, since Imgur is goofing up (such a downfall...) Left to right- Constrictor, Slither, Asp, Diamonback (I re-imagined her as a knife thrower, may try for more comics accurate look, someday), Bushmaster, Black Mamba, Cottonmouth, King Cobra, Coachwhip, Anaconda, Princess Python, Rock Python and Sidewinder. I want to make an Eel, and a Puff Adder, some point. May get another Viper to add her to the line up, but already have her with my Hydra Minimates. Edited May 29 by Navaan Quote
