This set turned out even better than I thought it would. I would love to see another D&D set based on the cartoon. Plus a set or two based on Drizz't would be amazing. Lots of characters to choose from from the books.

Zach, will the Beholder come with a clear stand so that it looks like he is floating?

D & D is not a licence I have ever embraced but the characters are impressive ....especially this wave .

As a Minimate collector I love to see the "shackles thrown off " & this licence seems to be doing just that .

I hope however the production items provide a better sitting position for the guy on the Griffin (?) thing.

Beautiful.

I had a brain storm. Or fart? You tell me.

New product: D&D 4-packs with tons of parts to build "generic" wizards, fighters, paladins, etc. for D&D campaigners. Like MAX but with fewer public servants and more medieval weaponry.

As I begin to get my head around the amount of D & D characters that exist I can see that elhonez is probably onto something with his brain storm    Regards 'weaponry' it is staggering how many different swords, knives, firearms that exist in the Minimate line . Check them out in the MMDB ....it's mind bending & I can't help thinking that many of these items have been designed , 'tooled' & produced especially for just one character  ! Some might feel that that is 'attention to detail' ,they could be right but......

Give me some female Drow and Tiefling bodies (which I can use for other customs) and I'll buy literally dozens.

I feel like the gaming stores would totally carry these, right?

Package them with character sheets and a d20 and you could literally roll yourself a character or two.

I actually suggested this at one point,  but I'm not sure where we are with it.

You are truly a prince among men. :) Hopefully it'll gain some traction.

As a gamer, the immediate customize-ability is appealing, relative say to miniatures that are fixed in appearance and require a high skill level to paint well.

Seeing as we are seeing all the awesome designs that could have been, is there anymore for this line?

It came and went much too fast....😔 I'm still hoping. :)

thank you so much, Barry, for how generous you have been with these designs.

As much as I loved the Inferno set (Goblin Queen and Darkchylde Magik are some of my favorite looks from the comics), this series had soooooooooo much potential in the D&D world. Miniatures you don't have to paint, fully posable and interchangeable, with thousands of potential looks based on available products. How these are not snapped up by another company makes ZERO sense.

So are the D&D mates cancelled?

Supposedly the pre-orders are IF they had not already been received/are being received by Diamond Select Toys, so... who knows, yet.
