So I just finished reading the new (third) volume of Saga, and it remains great. If you know anything about comics, you probably know that Saga is the book everyone is taking about. It's the comic of the moment, a classic in the making. And it's filled with great, visually distinct characters that would make for great toys. So how about it? Saga Minimates, please!

The comic shops wave is almost here/ here (I don't have it) and although this particular wave has a Rick and Negan we already have, we still get 6 new characters, 5 if you don't include Zombie Holly. Speaking of wich I want to thank DST again for making the MM that you ended up with doubles of, have an alternate look that warrants a second purchase. I'm excited for Jesus the most! Can anyone identify who the bald guy who comes with Holly is? The other dude is a cannibal I think....

Thought this would be a good place to share ideas on what parts go best in creating other Walking Dead characters, or what simple customisations we could create.

I'm going to start with Abraham Ford.

Not had a chance to create any of these yet, but have put together mock ups of what they would look like.

Recipe:

Head/Hair - George Mason (24) with orange wash on hair

Body/Arms/Hands - Weapon X Wolverine (Wolverine Origins)

Crotch/Legs/Feet - Special Ops Wolverine (Wolverine Origins)

Next up is an update to Dale. (one leg)

Recipe:

Head/Hat/Body/Arms/Hands/Belt - Dale (TWD) with jacket removed

Legs/Crotch/feet - Old Dad The Cooper (Calico Pirates)

That's all i've got for now, but have been thinking about Hershal's son Billy.

Not sure on body or head yet but either of these hair from Evil Ryu ot the Mvs.C Ryu look perfect to me with the headband attached.

The variant cover for issue #50, featured a bunch of characters as superheroes. Rick, Tyreese, Michonne and the Governor.

At the end of the issue, Rick get's knocked out and a 6 or so page dream sequence commences of a stand-alone story featuring this superhero world.

It was all tongue in cheek and just a bonus for the fans, but it was in the comic, so potentially good for fitting in with DST's production rights.

Sound like a fun boxset to me that will gain quite a bit of exposure.

I saw someone post about minimate dios and i didnt want to spam their topic post.

i make minimate dios for people on facebook groups. for around 20-30 $

im also working on a huge city street with buildings you can go in and on top of.

you guys actually had a prototype for one back for max zombies. any chance for that if no interest in the games figures.

The also had MAX sets marked down to 3.98. Picked up the police officers set, rather beaten up looking but intact (the edges of the card were pretty chewed up).

Anyone finding these elsewhere?

I had seen some other posts about very inconsistent clearance / sale prices across TRUs.

No Wave 16 packs yet, here, or in the TRU closer to home (Watchung, NJ).

Anyone find them in NJ yet?
