This new line was shown at Toy Fair and I was kind of interested. Yesterday I saw them at retail. They are blind boxed, and they are $2.99 each. I didn't realize exactly how tiny they were going to be! Minuscule! It's just crazy that they want three bucks for what amounts to a gumball machine toy.

Well, I was bored and put this list together today. I will update as more news comes out. I left out the re-release muggs because they are already on the list (example: wolverine in wave 4). I did add package variations which only exist so far for Star Wars. If anyone sees something wrong, make a post and I will fix it.

New Mighty Muggs for The Avengers movie

Marvelousnews.com has a release that tells of what products will be released to go with the Avengers movie. Among the items are Mini Mighty Muggs (which have already been shown at NYCC), but also regular Mighty Muggs. No details as to characters, but maybe this will get the line going again.

Mezco just issued a press release that, long story short, says they've gotten a license from WB Consumer Products to make Mez-Its (their Mighty Muggs-esque vinyl figures) based on DC characters. They're going to be previewing the first few at Comic Con.

So, yeah, interesting that a smaller company was apparently able to circumvent DC Direct to get a DC toy license. I wonder if DST has considered that route. This sparks a most certainly futile flame of hope in my heart...

Marvel.com is reporting an Avengers set of Mini Muggs with Thor, Hulk, Cap, Iron Man and a regular sized Giant Man (that is breaking out of the ttop of the box). Although I think this looks cool, I wish they'd decide what they're doing with the Mighty Muggs line (and would especially love to see some store sell the unreleased ones that we saw a few years ago).

Saw 'em online and thought 'meh - just another SW product - I haven't bought SW stuff since ROTJ. I won't need those.'

Found Darth Vader, Han Solo, and Chewie at Target yesterday. Couldn't pass Darth up.

Very nifty and cheap too! $9.99 for a nice sized urban vinyl-esque Darth Vader.

I can't wait to get more. I'll be going back for Han & Chewie. I'm on the lookout for a couple of Troopers & Boba Fett.

Today was a slow day and I was looking through the system at work and what do I find? Looks like after months of no news in any form, the first wave of TRU (now exclusive) Mighty Muggs will be Iron Man 2. They have also increased the case size from four to six figures.

Just wanted to share that Mighty Muggs are not dead yet.

Mighty Muggs maybe on their last breath but there will be an exclusive at this years SDCC. This one Looks like its based on movie Wolvie. The one thing i did notice about this figure is that if you look at the hand where the claws are there is a small shadow or slot. There has been a rumour that this Mugg will have retractable claws so it could be true if so it makes in my mind a bland figure a little better.

Hi people. I stopped by my local Toys R Us and spotted a Punisher and Jigsaw Mighty Muggs. I bought both of them and they look awesome. Anyways who here has them or at least seen them and how rare are they. I've heard that the Jigsaw Might Mugg is rare. Is this true?

Got these guys in the mail today and as usual, took some pics to share with you guys Starscream is my new favorite! He has slits in his back to slide the wings into. Grimlock is pretty cool and I was surprised to see the dinosaur head painted on his back LOL On another note, it would seriously be a shame if these are the last of the transformers muggs, they are my favorite line currently!
