…and photo’s of buckets! G’day all apologies if this has been asked before, I figure no harm can come from a necro post on a forum such as ours, especially with information that may well be out of date, but where do all of you ‘host’ (no, not “The Host”) your images for inclusion here?

Any images I have posted here so far I just inserted directly into my posts, now quickly realising I’ve filled up my allocation of space. Where are he best places to post/host images to post here and how does one make them appear in your posts like I see many of you cool kids do?

So, *IF* Minimates are done (for now, or forever), I had previous brought up an idea to make threads to 'complete' or 'fill in' gaps in said brand. While I want to eventually get to the point of printing stickers for people, and being an 'on call' source for them to help people with their own Minimate custom needs, for now, I was thinking about the idea of 'Fill In' threads.

There are some options...

One is take existing threads, where able, and just put them there. For instance, I have some PAC and MJF Minimates I can post up with recipes, and could do that in the AEW thread, OR I could make an AEW Fill In thread for just these, and continually aggregate any others people add. We could do this for other brands, which may be needed as if you look at Marvel, it is very spread out for different waves.

GI Joe, AEW, Star Trek are brands that could easily be placed in the former category, but namely Marvel becomes its own whole issue.

Obviously, some folks have wonderfully taken a lot of efforts and made a lot of threads, but some have moved on or have not posted in a while, and I am hoping to get some momentum in these areas.

Before I jump in on trying, I thought I would ask folks their thoughts, or if there are people folks think I should poke at or anything to go forward with the best start on all of this?

Twice now I've come to the main page but instead of getting the directory list, I got a message stating, "Banned. You do not have permission to view this site." It happens before I even log in. A simple screen refresh makes it go away but I was wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

Unless of course I've actually been banned for something.

Hello! I've just become an enthusiast, up from contributor, so very exciting! Just wanted to say I always thought the badges were quite cool indeed, and was hoping to open the floor to features y'all recommend, enjoy, or even would like to see!

I wonder if we could have likes or reactions or anything like that; there's so much here I enjoy but that'd make me quite annoying if I quoted it all, all the time

Would it be easy to beef out Mini Figure Factions? scratch that actually it's probably blasphemy, y'all probably would rather see it condensed idk I feel like Mez-Its were quite important but I understand the big emphasis there is on were... please never decimate the Palz subforum tho!

factory mess up

I have a Rob Zombie Minimates that was messed up at factory, and instead of having "Superbeast", it contains Iron Maiden "Eddie". It is still in the factory shrink wrap, and was purchased in the early 2000s. Is there any site where I could see the possible value?

Just an FYI, since the latest update, links that would normally take me to the most recent post in a thread now take me to the first post on page 1.

Search does not work so well. I was trying to find the old Translucent Tuesday Fight Club by Geohound. The word fight only has two hits. I'm pretty sure that word exists in more than 2 threads. Neither Tuesday nor tuesday get any results. I tried various combinations of the thread title words and could not find it. So, I thought I'd look up Geohound and use one of the view content functions to find it. It took me a bit to figure out that member search is case sensitive so geohound finds no results but Geohound finds one.

So I found Geohound's profile and clicked on Find Content. Takes me to a page with a heading, Everything Posted by Geohound, but no content listed. From the left menu I selected Topics and finally found my precious TTFC thread.

If I had not remembered the author, I would never have found it the way search seems to be working currently.

Not complaining. And I know you'll happily return every penny I paid for MMMV membership.

Just wanted to make you aware of a couple of issues. It would be a shame if people couldn't find TTFC.

One last thing. Definitely not important these days, but I vacationed in Thailand back in February of this year and every time I tried to logon to the verse from hotel wifi, I got some kind of banned message. Using phone data it worked fine. Wasn't just one hotel or one city.

I was looking through the minimates and noticed that Ares is the other character with a 2.5 inch form. Why is that? Characters like Thanos, Hulk, Darkseid and others should be tallee than the regular minimate.

I understand everyone in the staff all have jobs, and lives...but I've been having an ongoing issue and I think it won't just benefit me but everyone if we had a lot of staff that have tons of free time on their hands that want the responsibility. Every time i'm on here checking to see if my issue has been resolved or at least a message, I don't even see Moderators on or anyone with ability to rank members. My first user name i lost access to, so made this one, been a long time member with both names,,,forgot my log in with this one after a few yrs, old one was reactive and was added to the staff...few times i contact about this issue, come back recently and my other name that was reactive is even more restricted...so either quit messing it up and put it back the way it was, or rank this one so i can delete the old account and finally post and reply to everything i use to,, all i wanna do is be able to post and reply to everything like i use theres nobody around anymore to help out. i cant be the only one having issues...sorry if i sound like a creep but i'm really frustrated now.

Shane is there any chance you could possibly delete the selling and trading forums and start fresh? It is tough to find anything because most posts are so outdated (years and years old). Most people aren't even active on here. It takes forever to find an updated list of what a person is selling or trading.

all of a sudden my profile is all wonky? Like my profile pic is gone & I had to fix some profile info. For my profile pic, I uploaded it from my laptop (so it wasn't hosted anywhere).

If you are like me, the horrors of the last major upgrade to this site gives you great anxiety and bouts of rage. Well, I just applied another enhancement package that is not so much an upgrade as it is a fix for a lot of the problems.

Anyway, you shouldn't even notice it unless things work better, but if they don't feel free to let us know. Sometimes the guys at IPB actually listen.

Hi. Not been around here much lately as I'm finding the new site a bit hard to use.

It used to be that when I went to the unread/new content section and clicked on a topic it would take me to the last read post. Now I get taken to page one of the topic and I have to then go through the pages to figure out where I was last. Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Also having trouble making the site fit properly on my iPhone (some drop downs etc are too wide for me to see on screen).

There's no icon next to the URL/bookmark

Usually, when you go to a site there's a tiny icon next to the URL and you can see it when you bookmark a page, but I don't see one either for the bookmark I have or next to the URL. It used to be there a long time ago though.

Is anyone else having issues getting to the last read post in the Marvel section?

I use the mobile version and for the last week or more, when I click on the topic or the star, I am taken to the very beginning of the thread, not the new posts I have yet to read. This is really annoying, especially with all the SDCC news!

Anyone else having this problem? Any idea for a fix? Thanks!

EDIT: This only seems to be a problem for me in the Marvel section. The other sections I frequent work correctly and take me to the new posts.

OK, so whenever I try to send a PM it looks all stretched out & weird (but I'm not doing anything other than typing in the message box) -- yet the replies I receive back look normal. Is anyone else having this problem? And by "stretched out & weird" I mean that hitting the enter button to leave a space between lines make it look like there are 4-5 spaces between lines (like I'm quadruple spacing my PM) instead of just one.
