So, if I were to drop big bucks on older Kubricks, it would be on Tron (with lightcycles!) and Planet of the Apes.
I've seen a Be@rbirck advertised for the Tron remake. Does anyone know of plans to release new Kubricks for the Tron remake?

I haven't seen anything announced, but with Medicom, don't be surprised if the single Be@rbrick release is it. You think with the cost of the license they would milk it a bit more, but sometimes they don't (maybe some kind of deal is worked out for a single one-off release).
I know that Hot Toys announced they will have the Tron license, but that doesn't do much good for mini-figure collectors (I can imagine perfectly in my mind what Tron Cosbabies would look like, and they look just as lame as everything else HT has produced in that line).

I mentioned the other day that there seems to be a steady flow of the Tron sets on ebay after years of seeing very little. Add the fact that just about everything 'Disney' kubrick is being re-released by Medicom & being made available on the US market* then I would say that it is pretty likely that these will show soon.
This sort of price would have been unthinkably cheap 2 or 3 years ago http://cgi.ebay.com/...=item335eac9c14

I wish I had bought all the Tron Kubrick sets when they came out, but I only picked up set A. Now, yes, they show up on ebay frequently and at OK prices but I can't bring myself to spend even that much on them. . . .I guess I don't want them as bad as I think!
It would be awesome for these to be rereleased here.

I have no affiliation with the seller & I never pre-order anything from an ebay seller.
