Fujis Posted July 5, 2008 Author Share Posted July 5, 2008 (edited) Mattallica has really been cranking out the Street Fighter customs and he inspired me to keep working in the SF2 world. Here's Gen (I'll upload a better pic this weekend): Gen is a fully repainted Minimate. His hair is a modified Modern Batgirl hairpiece with a sculpted beard and the lower part of his long gown comes from Raven with the sash coming from Iron Fist. Like the rest of my SF2 customs he needs some touch-ups here and there... And from one of my favorite movies In Bruges, here's Colin Farrell's character Ray: Ray is a fully repainted Minimate. His "girl's gun" is a modified pistol from the FAFDM box set and I can't remember whose hairpeice I used but I wish I had a few dozen more of them! I might try to make Cammy (I'm not familiar with the other characters) but I'm not sure my sculpting skills are advanced enough to tackle the complicated hair/hat piece that she would require. Fujis Posted August 5, 2008 Author Share Posted August 5, 2008 (edited) My entry for the Indiemates contest: Redeemer from The Adventures of Spawn! Redeemer is a fully repainted Minimate. His helmet is a modified OMAC headpiece, his armor is a modified piece from a Classic Cylon, his belt comes from Red Son Superman, his gloves come from a Pilot Batman, and his wings are from a SHS Angel. I used Milliput to add the detail to his legs, the spikes on his armor, and the cross on his face. I'm happy with the way this guy turned out but man, that's the last time I use Tamiya's Gold paint! It was an absolute nightmare to use! I had to coat the pieces 4 times and that's on top of priming and base-coating in yellow. I get so excited when a custom is 90% that I have to post it and can't wait to do the touchs-ups or clear-cote. SCUD needs both plus the warning sign on his back yet.
