Only a town over, but everything in the office still has to get packed up for the movers and relocated. That includes all of Amy's extra Minimates parts, and her desk and her computer. So any customer service requests that come in in the next couple of weeks (also the past couple weeks) may not get a response right away, and may not be able to be resolved for a little while.
