The hair in the front, the yellow band, and his feather are all sculpted onto that hat. It was the only reason I bought that pack. I also did some extra fur sculpting on his collar, sculpted some points on his shoes, and modified a Dr. Doom skirt @MM The little comic style stuff is just from an app I downloaded on my iphone. Its called halftone, and I think it was free. There are all different paper types to choose, as well as the layout and talk bubbles, etc... It feels really good to hopefully be back into customs after a very long layoff, only doing I think two in the last few years leading up to all the recent ones. Almost gave up the whole hobby more than once, but couldn't keep away from this place. I have a handful of customs in work, and one is 100% complete, just waiting for his "Club" to harden, so I can paint it should be able to post pics tomorrow. First up is another Hannah-Barbera mate... man, I wish DST would get the license for HB. From what I read, this guys was an inspiration for He-Man The Might Mightor! So he's on the very short list, but him and Dyno-Mutt are going to be a bit tricky, so they may not show up until after other Characters. On Man-at Arms, I used random Halo parts, and sculpted the faceguard, and the breather thingy is the end of a rifle just bent up and glued on. His helmet is a very heavily sculpted pilot helmet. The one thing that helps keep my head from exploding (not literally) and keeps my mind off things really is minimates. Customizing, seeing new stuff, seeing new customs, BHM's wild posts, etc... Thanks for letting me hang out, even if I'm just sitting in the corner evesdropping. I've been meaning to update this for awhile, but just usually manage a quick little post here and there. I hope to get all my new stuff up here, like the new custom con stuff, and the stuff that BoB Harris has started to do reveals of on his BAMF! blog.And actuaslly a lot more customs than I have done in years.
