GauchoMarx
Any ideas how to make vehicles for your Minimate figures?
DSTZach
We've made some, which could conceivably be used as bases for other vehicles, although other toy lines' vehicles are also compatible. We made: Knight Rider KITT (regular, SPM, KARR) BTTF Time Machine (regular, hover, frosted, phasing) Munster Koach (regular, B&W) Pirate Raiders Ship (brown, black, glowing) Peter Pan Pirate Ship (two masts) Minimates MAX Jet (red, black, translucent blue) Terminator Hunter-Killer Tank (regular, battle-damaged) I'm sure I'm missing a few. More to come, also.
blacksun1520
Can't forget about the Halo Warthog.
Tribble_WC
The Mega Blocks Call of Duty and Halo vehicle sets work well with minimates. Most are in scale with them, just have to modify handles on certain ones, like motorcycles and the like.
cylonchaney
The older C3 vehicles can be found on eBay and came with mates so perfectly compatible. Some of the Imaginext toy line works with mates specifically the Batcycle. DST also made: BSG Viper, Cylon Raider, various versions of the starship Enterprise. treklord
I have found that many of the Building block vehicles will fit Minimates, but you may have to make adjustments. However, these are good for generic cars. planes, boats and trucks. I have found some for just a few dollars, I once found a tank at half price, because of a few missing parts, but it was enough to help me build a truck. treklord
You might try some of those Erector-set type vehicle kits, which I have seen at Dollar General for $1.00 and up. They have 3-whell bikes and go-kart style cars. I also suggets checking drugtores, as they often carry C3-compatible kits, and really nice metal model cars. They are also selling the last plastic boats from their summer inventory, some of which can carry figures. As I said in my last posting, these are good options for generic vehicles. Good Luck on your search.
