monkeycrumb
Ugh. I hate those Disney Vinylmations, they're so ugly! And blind boxed! Maybe a handful of them look good, but the majority look terrible when they're painted onto the same base mickey-eared figurine.
UK Collector
'Man suffocates under large pile of lego-like figures' "Man from Devon with lake found with mass amounts of illegal toys not aloud in the EU!" You guys read my mind on the headlines Ugh. I hate those Disney Vinylmations, they're so ugly! And blind boxed! Maybe a handful of them look good, but the majority look terrible when they're painted onto the same base mickey-eared figurine. Agreed agreed agreed. I would really like to like them, my girlfriend is a big Disney fan, and it would be awesome for her to be able to collect figs like I do, but some of them (most) are absolutely hideous. Rad
Allo! I've been quiet for a while again, due to going through an intensely bad period in my life. That's sort of over now, so I thought I'd share something good with you all. My All-New All-Different Geek-Cave! I dun a bit of painting an stuff... Marvel Universe. JLU Unlimited. Batman TAS, Walking Dead Minimates. Ghostbusters Minimates. Videogame Minimates... Marvel Minimates Moar Marvel minimates and coming down to everything else. BSG, Star Trek, Halo, and Movie sets. Lego! What's weird is that the vast majority of my Minimates collection used to sit on the smaller shelves where the MU, JLU, and BTAS stuff is now. I thought I'd have loads more space and be able to display loads more figures. Hasn't worked out quite how I wanted, but I'm pleased with the results

Rad
Cheers guys. The room is actually tiny. It's about 6' x 81/2'. The long shelves with the Marvel minimates, are 8' long. The other set of shelfs are about 4'. All of my Marvel 'mates used to sit on 5 shelves from the top down of the little shelves. With the DC, BSG and Star Trek on the lowest thin shelf. All of my C3 vehicles were on the big shelf. But I've cooled on those a bit so they're off display now. Think I might rearrange the top long shelf and get the Marvel Moviemates down so they're better displayed. Might leave that for a bit though Final part of the 'regeneration' is getting some half height bookcases in that'll take my TPB's and house my Doctor Who collection too. kaipo
finally completed the Phase One collection thanks to buttheadsmate Here with Wave 22. Edited May 12, 2013 by kaipo
minijames
I only started collecting Marvel Minimates a few months ago. Strangely enough I have no Wolverines, Hulks or Iron Men. They were characters I was avoiding on purpose so I wouldnt end up with ten million of them throughout my collecting career. I had the 90s 4 pack Wolvie but its hip snapped which i think was pretty common. Im also big on The Walking Dead Video Game Ladies/other Big thanks to everyone ive traded with here, youve helped me a bunch.
