TM2 Dinobot
Man that MAX stuff is nice. Is that licensed or in house? Either way, it rocks!
Trekker 42
Man that MAX stuff is nice. Is that licensed or in house? Either way, it rocks! It's unlicensed. Not all the vehicles are. But MAX is.
Danny
Thanks for all the pics Daniel. You are a top bloke and I always enjoy your coverage of Toy Fair!
MINI_MYTE
(snickers) The captain's cabin on the pirate ship looks like an outhouse. Too funny!
Mirymate
Maybe I'm showing my age, but everytime I see that SWAT vehicle, all I can hear in my head is "Send in the Car!" "Oooooh! The quaterback is toast!"

karamazov80
See, now we need Die Hard Minimates. Yippee Ki Yay. Die Hard Palz exist (which BHM can tell you much more about than I ever could). They are pretty nifty, though Minimates could probably get at a better facial likeness of the characters. Also, regarding the SWAT guys, there are scores of SWAT/military Kubricks out there that would go well with that vehicle. And they usually don't cost too much on eBay (excluding ridiculously rare chases, of course). http://www.toymania.com/news/messages/1163.shtml Edited February 16, 2010 by karamazov80
groundhog7s
The best thing about Die Hard PALz was the Twinkie accessory that came with Carl from 'Family Matters' (couldn't really tell you what his name was in Die Hard). It's a license that I wouldn't be too surprised to see DST get at some point.
luke314pi
I just noticed in the posters that the helicopter links up with the SWAT truck. Now that's just awesome.

NightViper
I know it's been said, but I HAVE to find a way to get that Battle Beast giveaway. Hopefully a little cheaper than the $25+ the ONE on eBay will be going for
Turtle
Yippee Ki Yay. That's "Yippee Ki Yay, Mothersmurfer!" Yeah, I wasn't sure how to get that out. Mothersmurfer works. Papa Smurf is a bad mothersmurfer. Those PALZ look good. I need them and the X-files palz too.

I was bummed out to hear they were giving them away rather than releasing them as a set.
NorthRaider
I think it's still possible for us to see the original croc Battle Beast in a playset. Remember that in the original Lab playset proto pics the gator had yellow armor, while the Toyfair giveway was silver. I think the Toyfair one is just a special colorway intended as a "preview" to the debut of the official line, like the old Green Lantern John Stewart and Starbuck Toyfair mates were for the DC Direct and BSG waves.
