The other 3 sure as hell don't, however. Pixie MIGHT stand a chance if it gets done while she's still current, but as soon as a new writer comes along and axes her from the team, her chances will plummet dramatically. But anyway, I'm a huge X-Men fan, and a huge fan of female heroes, and these are the four X-Women I'd really like to see made. (PS. I left Dazzler out for two reasons: 1) Though I don't hate her, I'm not a huge Dazzler fan 2) She'd work better in a two-pack with Longshot anyway.) Obviously Iron Man 2 is coming out next year and they've already done a "Through the Ages" set for him. IMO an Armor Wars set is one of the likely canidates. Likewise, a Dr. Strange movie is "in development". I have no idea if that means they have a script and are director shopping, or some Marvel exec said "we could see a Dr. Strange movie someday." But assuming they're serious, a Dr.Strange themed set is always a likely tie in. And hey, they just out of the blue made the Champions... the frelling Champions of LA into a set. Is an AoA or Jim Lee X-men set really that unlikely in that light? Unfortunately the random Howard the Duck set is probably doomed, since AA can't seem to resolve the standard head vs sculpted beak debate that keeps bringing all the planning meets to an uncomfortable close. I agree an AoA Sabretooth might be more appropriate than say Mimic or Nocturne, but I wanted to go with founding members (if a fifth option were available, I'd go with Thunderbird, Heather or Starfire). Joe Hill Posted May 30, 2009 Share Posted May 30, 2009 i think it would be good to do a wolverine origins boxset much like the ironman hostile takeover i just think it would be a good way to fit in what they forgot in the wolverine wave it should include in order of most wanted (i think) by all of us here at mmmv gambit-because he looked pretty cool and could use some pieces from the bambit coming soon so wouldnt need to mold new pieces final battle deadpool-again would be cool with all the scars and the blades from the hand would look cool using a sort of ryu fist piece also i think it would save a lot of people making a custom to get it for the third choice i was a little suck beetween emma frost-a pretty cool character and would look cool but wouldnt know wether to have diamond or normalor find a way to do both by adding an extra pair of arms, extra face on back of head and reversobal chest like the one iron fist had and but a jacket in there to i think she wore a jacket my second choice for third is cyclops-now he was cool in the film and good for recreating the chase scene beetween him an d sabretooth, also could be a good chanse to make a new swivel hairpiceand glasses sort of thing an finaly wolverine-no real reason just had to put him in there since y'know it was his film do it in his green tank top as seen in the begining and i think end now tell me is that not totally awesome if only it was a five pack I would like a Wolverine Origins boxset.
