minijeff
What, no spaces? It's all one word? SixWayShot
Maybe a space is represented by one of the numbers...

drgnrbrn316
With no spaces, this thing is going to be brutal. What got the ball rolling on the last one was a short word with repeating characters. We don't really have that going for us this time. We have repeating characters in 21, 69, 59, and 81, but nothing back to back, meaning they could still be just about anything. karamazov80
Obviously, I have no rational reason for thinking this, but I'm guessing "69" is the space
NorthRaider
My first thought (ridiculously enough) was "Kang the Conqueror" with spaces, though the letters didn't seem to match up. Hmmm... what if you did it backwards...?
MinimateEspo25
karamazov, i thought that too, and if not for the numbers not matching up, baron von strucker fits the total number of letters, with spaces
NorthRaider
My best bet is that either 59 or 69 is the space. That's as far as I got.
MiniFiend UK
That would make the first O in Baron #72 but there is no other #72 to get the O in Von.
darkknighthero15
i have got to be doing this wrong, because i came up with this: K g c I h o c l c n c m I o n h I L anyone get anything from this?
Lobsterman
If 69 is the space, the last word could be Hulk. Any famous renditions of HUlk we haven't seen yet?
NorthRaider
Here's a random idea: cross-reference the code with any long-named characters we've been putting on our wishlists. See if anything matches. So far, it's not Kang, Uatu or Strucker. Wow, I sure am lousy at this. Edited May 7, 2009 by NorthRaider
boyd
Here's a random idea: cross-reference the code with any long-named characters we've been putting on our wishlists. See if anything matches. Been trying that. Outside of Baron Strucker, I haven't found a name that is the right length: - Hellfire Club Guard - High Evolutionary - Crimson Dynamo - Scarlet Centurion - Baron Helmut Zemo - Mister Sinister And it's not "something" Spider-Man Edited May 7, 2009 by boyd
NorthRaider
Here's an even scarier idea: What if it's a fan nickname for the character (like "Jim Lee Storm" or "Armored Daredevil"?) Whoever breaks this code first will become an MMMV hero.
TM2 Dinobot
69 could be the space, 81 could also be the space, especially if it's spelled backwards or something. 21 could be the space if the first part was something short like in a sentence. At, in, of, so, si, so on and so forth. Know what? I wouldn't put it past them to do this in Spanish just to screw with us.

drgnrbrn316
The more I fiddle with it, the more I doubt that spaces are part of the code. Most likely, they were just omitted for difficulty. Furthermore, none of the following seem to fit into the puzzle: Spider-Man Wolverine Iron Man Captain America Captain Marvel Mister Fantastic Invisible Woman Edited May 7, 2009 by drgnrbrn316

TM2 Dinobot
"excaliburshadowcat"? excalibur anything? "deathbirdandvulcan"? You may have something there. Possibly. None of the letters in Excalibur repeat, but they do in the later part of the code. E-X-C-A-L-I-B-U-R-59-C-85-81-L-59-8-81-48 74-7-21-72-80-69-45-96-12----21--------80 This may be a good way to do it. See how many team names have 10 letters or less with non-repeating characters. Or more with the 10h repeating. XMEN ALPHAFLIGHT EXILES Hydra WEAPONX HELLFIRECLUB Just a thought Edited May 7, 2009 by TM2 Dinobot
