groundhog7s
Just curious if anyone has tried to cut Muggs yet as part of the custom process. I've got an idea for my first custom, but don't want to ruin one. If anyone has had any success or failure in this, please share.

MiniFiend UK
For me it depends on the body part. I have seen muggs with stuff cut out the head and ppl say they just used a very sharp craft knife/scalpel. Some of the older muggs had a softer head more of a vinyl then what is used now the newer head have a more plastic feel if you tap them. The body itself to me is a much harder then the head if I had to cut it I would use something like a dremmel multi tool or the old wood work trick if you have a bit small enough drill small holes and cut between them like dot to dot. The problem with this way is you will have alot of sanding to shape and deburr where the drill hole markers where.
