Fo Shizzle
Here are the first six Egyptian gods: Horus - Son of Osiris, the "Avenger" Sekhmet - Goddess of War Anubis - Guardian of the Dead Set - God of Evil and the Night Osiris - God of Nature and the Dead Isis - Goddess of Magic and Fertility I want them all, they are pure awesomeness! NorthRaider
Do you know the best part? (Other than chaz's beautiful rendition of the pantheon of course ) That Osiris image has just made me appreciate how mythology-accurate the Stikfas Sigma Male Pharaoh figure was of all things. He came with all the proper accouterments as Osiris, plus some extra stuff thrown in to make Anubis and Horus. Man, I love block figures. (Still wish we'd get real Minimate pharaohs though. Minimates, Stikfas, DON'T MAKE ME CHOOSE!)
Chazwinski
Thanks for the compliments, guys! Since I suck at actually making customs, it's nice to be able to contribute and be well received. It makes me happy. The Egyptians are fun to do...they have a certain uniformity that I like. Here are three more: Ra - Pharaoh of the Gods Bast - Cat Goddess Thoth - God of Knowledge
Chazwinski
Anuket - Goddess of the Nile Sobet - Crocodile God Khonsu - God of the Moon
Chazwinski
Japanese Pantheon: Amaterasu - Goddess of the Sun Raijin - God of Thunder Susanoo - God of Storms, Seas Hachiman - God of War Fujin - God of Wind Daikoku - God of Wealth, Luck, Rice
Punisher
See these, I know. Susanoo is extremely awesome, and good use of this in his tunic:
luke314pi
Those japanese designs would make some amazing minimates!
NorthRaider
Now that is cool. I love Amaterasu, takes me back to a college professor who taught us Asian literature at one point... good times, good times.
Chazwinski
I decided to tackle some Norse gods...I have tried to base these on mythology and not the Marvel Comics characters, so some may look different than you are used to. Odin Thor Balder Hel Loki Sif Heimdall Frigga Freyr
luke314pi
Awesome! Perhaps all of these could be a future theme for a Charitymates event?
buttheadsmate
Awesome! Perhaps all of these could be a future theme for a Charitymates event? Winning idea ....dibs on my favourite Asgardian ....Volstagg.

Marvel Comics created him and he is more than likely inspired by Falstaff from William Skakespeare's Henry V.

Trekker 42
Holy crap dude... Trekker like. These are the best ones so far. And you did get them right: These guys look like they'll kick your Greek group's collective asses any day of the week. As well they should. And they'd make EXCELLENT actual minimates... Dammit... These are beyond awesome. If I had to pick any group of your Minimates to actually be made, it would be these hands down. Even above Watchmen. Punisher
i hate all things Viking May I ask why? What's there to hate about a pillaging, raping, burning, and slaughtering, manly man? Chaz, these are great. Heimdall is particularly awesome. Edited June 30, 2009 by the punisher=D

Trekker 42
Surtur and Tyr are beyond amazing...The rest are amazing but Surtur and Tyr are the best out of this lot. I need to not look at the Norse Minimate designs anymore... Makes me pine for their existance and it is not there.
